With the development of the times,all men are gradually aware of the importance of class culture construction.Both national policies and new curriculum standards have put forward requirements on school culture construction,and the construction of class culture occupies an important position in the construction of school culture.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of class culture to promote the harmonious and healthy development of school culture.The Ministry of Education clearly pointed out in the opinions on the work of head teachers that head teachers have the responsibility to build class culture.The construction of class culture can not only create good conditions for the school to carry out education and teaching management activities smoothly,but also form a certain cultural atmosphere in the class,stimulate students' interest in class activities,give full play to the main role of students,and help students shape a complete personality.Therefore,this paper aims at the rural junior middle school class culture construction investigation and research.This paper can be divided into three parts.the first part conducts a comprehensive investigation and research on the class culture of S middle school of shaxi town,zhongshan city,guangdong province in order to understand the main problems of class culture construction,Through investigation and research on the real situation of class culture,we will have a more systematic understanding of it,and analysis of its problems as follows.first,class material culture can not be effective constructed,environmental layout is too simple,and only some class clerks participate in the layout,so that most students are not affected by the class environment;second,Class system culture plays a limited role,the headteacher is the dominant and main body of the system culture,students did not participate in the system construction,so the class rules are just a form third,the guiding role of class spirit culture has not been played out.Although the class has class name and class training,it lacks the core of class spirit,class cohesion is not strong,and there is the existence of bad class style.The second part is to analyze the reasons for the problems existing in class culture.This paper uses three methods of literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview survey method to conduct in-depth investigation on class culture and find the main reasons for the problems.First,schools and teachers do not pay attention to the construction of class culture;second,the influence of students' own problems;third,the negative influence of exam-oriented education;fourth,the influence of regional culture on the formation of class culture.The third part is about to put forward the relevant countermeasures to the existing problems and their causes.first,school leaders need to pay attention to the construction of class culture:strengthen the construction of rural school culture;strengthen the training of headteachers.Second,teachers should play a guiding role and strengthen students' ideological education:establish new concepts,pay attention to the edification of class environment;strengthen the subject consciousness education of students in the construction of class system culture;guide the class spirit culture to correct public opinion direction.Third,vigorously promote quality education:changing the philosophy of education;enter into the inner world of students.Fourth,guide regional culture to play a positive role:improve the level of family culture;enrich the content of township culture.
