Class culture influence the formation of students’ quality of life and personality is one of the most direct culture, the construction of class culture is become a hot research topic.The purpose of the study is to culture stratification theory as the theoretical support, analysis of the factors affecting the construction of class culture, analyzes the cause of the dilemma of background sources, know the predicament and its source can provide a theoretical basis for the ideal realm of the class culture construction in the future.Research and innovation is to culture the hierarchical structure of the theoretical tool, from the behavior layer, system layer, layer of value and faith analysis the composition of the class culture and the mutual influence of influence factors of the plight of the construction, analyzes the cause of the dilemma of background sources. This paper tries to put forward the people-oriented into the row of class culture construction, to promote the comprehensive development of students, to achieve self-management.
