Many people lay emphases on the class culture construction, which is of great importance. The senior middle school students are going through an important phase. Good class culture is of great benefit to them.Although teachers and school lay emphasis on class culture, they still have a lot of puzzlement and problems in operation. Currently, theory research occupies majority in class culture research, which lacks successful examples for reference.This research adopts a new method, which is different from the theoretical analysis. This research carries out long-lasted,in-depth,participant observation, interviews and material collection from an excellent class of senior middle school. This dissertation intends to show some scenes about class culture construction which was constructed by an excellent head teacher of junior middle school. So we can experience, understand and analyze the scene of class culture construction and the idea of context. The teachers referencing from this, the research can promote the teachers considering their experience. Five parts institute this dissertation .The first Part mainly discusses the cause of this study,the meaning, the methods and the process of the study and reviewed the studies about the class culture. The second part explains related conception. The third part explains the process of the class culture construction that involves the culture of class substances, class rules, behavior and spirit. The forth part provide some inspiration, consideration about the progress of the research and prospecting the related studies. Finally the author makes some suggestions for the class culture construction.
