Classroom atmosphere is a comprehensive group psychological and emotional atmosphere formed in the classroom situation through the joint action of students' classroom participation,teachers' support and teaching environment.Classroom atmosphere is the spiritual culture in students' efficient learning and an important means to promote the benign operation of the classroom.Rural middle school classroom atmosphere is a long neglected field.How to create a positive classroom atmosphere and improve the teaching environment is an important problem that needs to be studied urgently.From the perspective of humanistic education theory and harmonious communication theory,this study explores the classroom atmosphere of the lower grades of rural w middle school in Henan Province through literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and classroom observation.It is found that there are positive aspects and negative problems in the classroom atmosphere of rural w middle school,which is dominated by teachers,Students are secondary,without the joint control and participation of teachers and students;The enthusiasm of students' participation is not high;The friendliness of classroom atmosphere needs to be improved;The interpersonal relationship between teachers,students and students is not harmonious.The main factors causing the above problems are teachers' classroom support behavior,teachers' teaching wisdom,teachers' expectation effect,head teacher effect and so on;There are students' learning motivation,students' group attitude,students' family environment and other factors;There are teaching physical environment,cultural environment,interpersonal environment and other factors.Through the above analysis,this paper puts forward the management strategies to create a positive classroom atmosphere:(1)teachers' self-efforts: improving teachers' professional quality;(2)School environment support: improve teachers' ability and home school atmosphere;(3)Improvement of teaching environment: create an environment of humanistic care.
