As the rising of social demands for talents and as the first responders of output and training of the talents,young teachers in higher vocational colleges should not only finish their own job,but also have to update knowledge and skills continuously.Their occupational stress has significantly increased than before.If we do not help young teachers to eliminate job burnout feeling timely,it will be harmful to young teachers' growth and will also bring great challenge to the long term and stable development of higher vocational colleges in the fierce competition market.Therefore,higher vocational colleges need to build a healthy,long-term and reasonable management mechanism to alleviate the job burnout of young teachers and to promote the continuous development of education.The research will take the young teachers' job burnout management problems of Shaanxi CJ vocational and technical college for example,using the methods of questionnaire survey method,in-depth interviews method and statistical analysis method,to give an investment on young teachers' job burnout management status from the angle of management.Through the investment we found that the young teachers' job burnout phenomenon has existed to some extent,and the college has many problems in the management of young teachers,which also is the important cause of young teachers' job burnout.The problem mainly reflected in the lack of both “health factors” and “incentive factors” in promoting the development of young teachers.That is the unreasonable system of evaluation,personnel management and personnel training,etc.The incentive mechanism is not complete as well.At the same time,based on relevant theoretical knowledge of management and according to the causes of the young teachers' job burnout management problems of the college,the research put forward the corresponding countermeasures from the angle of management.That is to build a scientific and efficient management mechanism for young teachers,to establish a fair and just personnel system,to build a platform for young teachers and to build a diversified and fair incentive mechanism.Hope that this research can give a better solution to young teachers' job burnout management problems existing in Shaanxi CJ vocational and technical college,at the same time can contribute to the mobilization the work enthusiasm of young teachers in higher vocational colleges.
