In order to meet the high-quality and diversified educational needs of education consumers,private education is supported by national policies.Education has come a long way.However,the booming private education does exist many can not be ignored.It is urgent to further standardize and optimize the educational chaos.Place oneself in the education market with white-hot competition,people run a school.In the final analysis,the competition between schools is the competition between school brands.Therefore,the brand competition among private schools is the samecannot be delayed.To start school brand competition,accurate school brand building strategy is indispensable.However,there are still many problems in the brand construction of many private secondary schools.I work for BY education group.I hope to have an in-depth understanding of many problems encountered in the process of brand building of private secondary schools,explore and study relevant coping strategies,and propose this research topic.The research idea of this topic is to take BY middle school education group as a case under the guidance of brand theory,and conduct research on the brand construction of BY middle school education group.Carry out in-depth analysis activities around brand building and BY group materials through literature method;The questionnaire method was used to extract the influence factors of brand construction from the five dimensions of school-based characteristics,faculty,teaching quality,investment in running schools and geographical location to investigate the actual situation of brand construction of BY group.Meanwhile,systematic analysis activities were carried out centering on the actual problems and causes of brand development of BY group.The SWOT method is used to discuss in detail the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of BY group,further consider the problems as a whole,and design corresponding solutions and Suggestions for various problems in the current brand building of BY group.In the actual analysis process,based on the actual case of BY group,the author adopts the plan of "small BY big" and relies on the specific situation of BY group in brand building,so as to expand and discuss the brand building of liaocheng in this field.Through the study of education market system,and then offers five for the local brand construction optimization,also is the positioning strategy of five dimensions:students,quality,features,culture,and care,etc.,can in order to strengthen the development of the school brand positioning,provide a reliable theoretical support,and its future development is the basic way.BY education group is committed to building into a one hundred years old,to form a "into the BY,equal to one foot into the famous high school" social reputation as the goal,to strengthen the teaching staff,improve the quality of education for the guidelines,to create "let teachers more at ease,let parents more rest assured,let the students have the confidence to education group" such originality education as a strategic task,become a high quality of teaching school,social responsibility,strive to build brand campus become a happiness.The school will be cultivated into a well-known brand in the education industry,and the high degree of recognition and loyalty from all walks of life will be cultivated to provide a sustainable source of power for the brand maintenance and improvement of the school.
