A Study On The Development Process And Experience Of Higher Education In Shaanxi Since The Founding Of The People's Republic Of China

Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,Shaanxi's higher education has achieved leapfrog development and achieved proud results.However,the development path of the seventy years is not smooth.After experiencing many difficulties,the people of Shaanxi can still explore hard and walk out of the difficulties under the leadership of the party,which is of great reference significance.Shaanxi Province has always been committed to building a "high education and strong province"and improving the level of modernization of higher education.Therefore,it has studied the seventy-year historical development process of higher education in Shaanxi,summarized its development experience and lessons,and proposed that Shaanxi be a higher education.The countermeasures and suggestions of the strong provinces are of great significance to provide reference and reference for future development.This article uses the literature research method,historical research method and oral history method to divide the development of Shaanxi's higher education in the seventy years since the founding of the People's Republic of China,and studies each stage,with the collected raw data and the first-hand oral data obtained by interviews accurately and accurately present the development status of different periods and stages,on this basis,sum up the development experience and put forward suggestions for future development.The full text is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the reasons for choosing the topic,the significance,the current status of research at home and abroad,and the research methods used.The second chapter discusses the development of higher education in Shaanxi,China.According to the context,Shaanxi higher education in the past 70 years is divided into "exploration and consolidation period(1949-1965)","decade of turbulence(1966-1976)","recovery and reform period(1977-1999)"and" prosperous development period(2000-present)",respectively,introduced the development status of different stages;the third chapter summarizes the three experiences and three lessons of Shaanxi higher education in the development process since the founding of the People's Republic of China.The first experience is that the restoration of teacher status has laid the foundation for the development of higher education,the second is that the rise of private universities has enriched higher education in Shaanxi,and the third is that the construction of key universities has promoted the development of higher education.Lesson one is that Completely studying the Soviet Union ignored the national situation in the adjustment of the departments and departments in the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China,the second is that the government-led leadership model makes universities lack autonomy,and the third is that the unilateral pursuit of higher education development speed is unscientific;The fourth chapter puts forward six countermeasures to build Shaanxi into a strong province of higher education.First,expand teacher channels and strengthen the construction of university teachers;second,establish a number of key universities and promote the construction of top universities;third,improve the vitality of higher education through market regulation,and the fourth,scale and quality work together to promote the connotative development of higher education;the fifth is to increase support for private colleges and universities to enrich the pattern of higher education in Shaanxi,and the sixth is to strengthen international exchanges and cooperation in higher education based on the actual situation in the province.
