Research On Incentive Management Of Vocational College Student In The Western Region

As the advance of vocational colleges reform and increase of school scale in the western region, the higher vocational education teaching quality and level of education have to improve because it is an important link of higher education system.As an important supplementary means in teaching and management, the incentive management play an active role in higher vocational colleges in the western region. However, restricted by the factors such as west education concept, economic conditions and teachers' quality, there are many shortcomings of the incentive management in higher vocational colleges. It is important to explore the scientific and effective incentive management to fit in western region characters and characters of higher vocational students, fully promote students' learning enthusiasm and initiative.In this paper, the first chapter expounds the research background and significance, research status at home and abroad, the research content and methods. The second chapter is the concept of the incentive,incentive theory and incentive management. The third chapter research on the related literature of incentive management and incentive theory, authors summarize the characteristics of incentive management and the theoretical basis. The fourth chapter set Inner Mongolia business vocational college as an example, it is concluded that the present situation of incentive management in the school through questionnaire, interview and other forms, then find out the existing problems and reasons by analyzing literature data, working experience and the incentive management of vocational colleges students. Chapter five the author put forward countermeasures about stimulate activitties and scientific incentive management in higher vocational colleges in the western region.
