The"Full-time Compulsory Education Mathematics Curriculum Standard(2011 Edition)" states:Everyone learns valuable mathematics,everyone can get the necessary mathematics,and different people get different developments in mathematics.However,under the traditional class teaching system,math teachers teach the same content to all students in the same way,ignoring the individual differences among students.To eliminate this difference,it is most feasible to challenge the traditional teaching organization form from the perspective of teacher teaching and student learning,and dare to explore and find new teaching models,so as to better adapt to students at all levels.On the premise of retaining the number and size of the original class students,this paper proposes a new class teaching method:layered teaching.Hierarchical teaching is to classify students according to their differences,so as to provide targeted teaching,mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of each student to learn mathematics,and allow top students to eat satisfactorily.All the necessary developments have been made in mathematics.This article studies the application of layered teaching in junior middle school mathematics classroom.First,based on the research and implementation status of layered teaching at home and abroad,the significance of layered teaching in mathematics classroom teaching in middle schools is analyzed.Secondly,it expounds the concept of layered teaching,and gives six theoretical basis for the implementation of layered teaching.Then it analyzes the problems existing in the junior middle school mathematics classroom,and puts forward the necessity and feasibility of implementing layered teaching,as well as the six principles and four major elements of implementing layered teaching in junior middle school mathematics classroom.Then,based on the current teaching situation and tiered teaching practice experience of the third(3)class in the junior high school in Shenzhen Huangpu School,the implementation strategy of the junior high school mathematics layered teaching model is put forward,and the junior high school mathematics layered teaching practice is combined with specific mathematical cases.the study.Questionnaires and interviews were conducted for students and teachers before and after the stratification,and statistics and analysis of student performance before and after the stratification were made.Based on these data,the implementation effect of the stratified teaching was analyzed.Finally,the advantages and disadvantages of layered teaching are summarized,and appropriate suggestions are given for the disadvantages.The conclusion was obtained through the layered teaching experiment:the application of the layered teaching mode in the junior middle school mathematics classroom has improved students interest and enthusiasm in learning mathematics,and has also improved students' mathematics performance to a certain extent.Teacher-led dual subject status also puts forward higher requirements and more challenges for teachers' teaching talents.Teachers explore more efficient teaching methods and apply them to mathematics classrooms to improve classroom efficiency.However,some problems have been encountered in the process of implementing layered teaching.For example,the standards for layering are relatively simple.When layering,it may hurt students'self-confidence and increase the workload of teachers.Therefore,in the future teaching work,more research and exploration of the layered teaching model should be conducted,and a more scientific implementation plan should be sought.
