| In the era of digitalization and aging,there is a high incidence of telecom fraud targeting the elderly group,which seriously damages the legitimate rights and interests of the elderly group and attracts wide attention from all walks of life.At present,the prevention method is mainly to publicize and carry out anti-fraud lectures,which is more superficial and formal,and is not enough to attract the attention and participation of the elderly group,so the prevention effect is not good.As the main target of social work,it has become an important task for social workers to enhance their awareness of telecom fraud prevention and safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.In this paper,H community in Zhangzhou City is selected as the practice field.Through interviews with community workers,we understand the current situation of telecom fraud among the elderly in H community and analyze the reasons for their telecom fraud.Finally,we focus on improving the awareness of fraud prevention among the elderly.The analysis shows that there are three reasons why the elderly are vulnerable to telecom fraud: low level of education and insufficient awareness of prevention;Social interaction ability is reduced,social participation ability is insufficient;The social security system is imperfect and the support system is weak.On the basis of analyzing the needs,the author uses the concept and method of social work,guided by the theory of social learning,adopts the method of group work to carry out the community elderly anti-fraud education activities,aiming at improving the awareness and ability of the elderly.With the help of community workers,12 older people with telecom fraud experience were recruited to join the group;The practical intervention process is designed according to the four stages of observation learning in social learning theory: attention,maintenance,movement regeneration and motivation.It mainly includes: first,the cognitive stage--case video arouses the awareness of prevention;Second,the learning stage-community education to learn anti-fraud knowledge;Third,model guidance stage-model skills to avoid fraud traps;Fourth,reinforcement stage-self-reinforcement to consolidate learning outcomes.Through group activities,the elderly can increase their knowledge of telecom fraud,realize the reasons for being cheated,enhance their awareness of prevention,learn the means and methods to deal with telecom fraud,and enhance their awareness of rights protection.After the activity,according to the "group activity satisfaction evaluation form",the feedback of the group members and the questionnaire before and after the service to evaluate the effect,it is believed that the education group intervention in the community elderly telecommunications fraud prevention work has a good effect,on this basis summed up a set of more general path,mainly has four aspects: first,strengthen the legal publicity,establish the awareness of prevention;Secondly,integrate multiple resources to build community anti-fraud mechanism;Third,set up a team of volunteers to help the elderly and play a role model;Fourth,improve the protection mechanism and strengthen the learning outcomes.Through the practice,the author finds the advantages of social learning theory in the elderly education group,the advantages of community education for the elderly to learn new knowledge and the advantages of social work for the elderly to enhance the awareness of telecom fraud prevention. |
