Exercise teaching plays an important role in physics teaching in senior high schools.Effective exercise teaching can help students to deepen their physics knowledge and at the same time set up innovation beliefs,so as to form good scientific thinking and improve their enthusiasm for learning.However,under the influence of the traditional teaching mode,the effectiveness of exercise teaching is not really reflected in the actual teaching,resulting in overburden of teachers and low learning efficiency of students.Therefore,how to improve the teaching effect of recitation and effectively solve the students'thinking barriers is a problem that we should think deeply under the reform of basic education.Under the guidance of effective teaching literature at home and abroad,this paper investigates and analyzes the study status of senior high school students' physics exercises and the teaching status of senior high school physics teachers' physics exercises.This paper mainly consists of six parts:the first part introduces the background of the topic,the research status of effective teaching at home and abroad,points out the research purpose and significance,and briefly summarizes the research content and methods;The second part defines the concepts of physics exercise,physics exercise teaching and teaching effectiveness,and introduces the relevant theoretical basis.In the third part,the study of the current situation of senior high school students' problem sets and the current situation of senior high school physics teachers'teaching was conducted in the form of questionnaire survey,and the data results were analyzed by using SPSS 19.0 and EXCEL.The fourth part combined with questionnaire results and teaching experience,in view of the problem sets selection,interpretation,problem solving method of the evaluation of the training and exercises after class feedback of four aspects,proposed the raise high school physics exercises teaching effectiveness of the corresponding strategy and on the basis of two exercise classes,for example,the high school physics teacher in the classroom the process of implementation of effective teaching strategy is analyzed;In the fifth part,through the teaching practice research of a high school in Ningxia province for one semester,the paper mainly analyzes the effect of the effective teaching strategies constructed in the aspects of problem explanation and problem solving method cultivation.Finally,summarize the conclusion of this paper,reflect on the shortcomings of the paper,in order to improve the future teaching and research.
