Teaching is a highly creative process. Today,in the new curriculum reform, and further deepening the reform of class teaching practice, people tend to have various deviations in the reform of class teaching , or even it is a mere formality. But it reflects a very important and practical validity problem.That is, teachers have to remain tough, the students have to suffer, teaching efficiency is not high, the effect is bad. If this problem is not solved, even if we have good lesson plans, curriculum standards and textbooks, they are on paper only, it is difficult to change the current situation where teachers and students are over-burdened and the status of the quality of teaching is low. Therefore, in the new curriculum reform, pushing forward the reform of class teaching, and the promotion of quality education, to enhance the teaching effectiveness of awareness, and to focus on effective teaching methods and technology use, for each teacher are extremely urgent and necessary. This article from the perspective of the curriculum reform, researches on how to highlight the validity of high school physics teaching .In this paper, Comenius the stage theory of teaching, educational Herbart four stages of teaching and pedagogy, Babanski the "optimization" theory of teaching as a guide to the actual teaching is based on two experimental high school classes and classes for a parallel study, through the implementation of the three classes of different teaching methods and the results achieved for the final analysis, research to improve the process of teaching high school physics students an effective means of learning and methods.
