| In order to study the present situation of the existing problems in the sports work of the private colleges and universities in Fuzhou,this study adopts the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to analyze the sports management system,physical education teachers,Sports equipment,physical education,extracurricular sports activities,sports competitions and campus sports culture,the horizontal comparison between schools and the school as an individual to study the time series changes.The results show that there are many problems in carrying out physical education in private colleges and universities in Fuzhou,including some common problems,including the weak management system of sports,the low treatment of physical education teachers,limited career development,the inability of sports venues to meet diversified physical education needs,Teaching content is single and loosely organized,college sports culture is weak and other issues,and according to these issues put forward specific countermeasures.It is necessary to strengthen the supervision of education authorities on the work of school sports;to improve the level of teachers’treatment,to bring in and to go out and to improve the level of physical education teachers in private higher institutions;to improve the facilities and facilities of sports venues for privately-run colleges and universities through various measures;The management of physical education in colleges and universities and the innovation of teaching methods of physical education;the joint action of schools,teachers and students to strengthen the construction of campus physical culture.In addition,it is also proposed that under the current national fitness up to national strategy background,the PE work in private colleges and universities should be in line with the society,laying a foundation for lifelong sports and contributing to the nationwide fitness. |
