Autism is also known as autism or autism disorder. The core symptoms of autism are persistent deficiencies in social communication and social interaction,as well as limited, repetitive patterns, interests,or activities in many situations.According to the Website of the National Health Council, there are more than 14 million people with autism in China,of whom more than 2 million are children under the age of 14,one in 68 children has autism, and the prevalence of boys is 1/54,80%of people with autism who cannot afford to live on their own after adulthood. So far, there are no special drugs for children's autism treatment, education and rehabilitation training is the only way for parents of children in China, the particularity and severity of autism require long-term systematic rehabilitation education and training, and china's current stage of rehabilitation education and training and service resources for autistic patients are relatively inadequate, the formal autism rehabilitation system covers only 1.3%of the population. This means that the autistic population in our country is very large, and the corresponding support is far behind.Children with autism experience a variety of problematic behaviors due to expression needs, social skills deficits, etc.Problem behavior in an autistic child means that the child's development is becoming skewed compared to other normal development al-child,which can make the child more difficult to develop in the future. The problematic behavior of autistic children is a developmental crisis signal to parents and teachers, and only by paying attention to the problem behavior and understanding the behavior of the problem can they overcome the development problem.Autism cannot be cured, but there are interventions that can improve problematic behavior in autistic children. There are more interventions in the behavior of autistic children, and sports interventions are receiving more and more attention. In order to further explore the sports intervention program of autism children's behavior, the author used the A-B-C experiment design in a single trial method to conduct an ABA-based sports intervention experiment for two autistic children for a total of 14 weeks. The experiment was divided into three phases, namely,a baseline period of 2 weeks A,an 8-week intervention period B,and a four-week tracking period C.It turns out that:(1)ABA-based sports intervention can effectively improve the physical fitness of autistic children, including strength, speed, endurance, flexibility and other physical fitness, but also improve the ability to throw, jump, balance, running ability.(2)The evaluation results of the ABC Scale showed that ABA-based sports intervention improved the exercise ability and sensory function of the subject GYT,as well as the athletic ability, language ability and sensory function of the subject FLB.At the same time, the multiple problem behaviors of the two subjects improved.(3)Through ABA-based sports intervention, the beating behavior and lying on the ground of the subject GYT and the number of repetitions and off-the-side behaviors of the subject FLB decreased, which showed that ABA-based sports intervention could improve the problem behavior of autistic children.(4)In the tracking period C after withdrawal of intervention, the number of hit behavior struck by the subject GYT and the number of times the behavior of lying on the ground and the number of repeated sentence behavior of the subject FLB increased again, while the number of off-seat behavior of the test FLB continued to decline, indicating that the effect of ABA-based sports intervention on different problem behaviors was different.(5)The positive impact of ABA-based sports intervention on problem behaviors of autistic children is time-sensitive,and will not immediately lead to the outbreak of problem behaviors because of the cessation of intervention.
