Teacher authority is a force that enables students to identify and follow,and then change the students' psychology and behavior.It is produced by teachers with the institutional power granted by the state and society,as well as personal professionalism and personality charm.As an important educational force,teacher authority will have an important influence on teachers 'education and teaching activities and students' personal development.Teacher authority has always been a topic of great concern to researchers at home and abroad.The research scope covers the necessity of teacher authority,the dilemma of teacher authority and the reconstruction of teacher authority.By combing the existing literature,it is found that the existing research is mainly based on theoretical speculation,less empirical research,and does not distinguish what is special about the teacher authority of different teacher groups.Based on this,this article focuses on junior high school novice teacher authority as the research focus,mainly using questionnaires and interviews to conduct research,aiming to analyze the recognition of students and junior high school teachers' teacher authority,and discuss the influencing factors and practical dilemmas of junior high school novice teacher authority,And put forward strategies to promote the formation of junior middle school novice teacher authority.An analysis of 344 student questionnaires found that students generally agree with teacher authority.Teachers 'own moral and knowledge,emotions,and student problemhandling methods and other subjective factors can most affect students' recognition of teacher authority.Combining 88 self-assessment questionnaires for junior high school teachers' authority and interviews with 12 junior high school teachers,it is concluded that junior high school novice teachers agree that there is a necessity for teacher authority and a certain degree of authority-building awareness.At the same time,in the eyes of novice teachers,authoritative teachers have the following characteristics:love and dedication,caring for students;deep professional knowledge,extensive extracurricular knowledge;strong teaching ability,orderly class management;rich teaching results,many awards;students trust,Parental approval,etc.Further analysis found that there are many factors that affect the establishment of junior high school teachers'authority.From a subjective point of view,teachers' own professional qualities and personality charm are two important aspects;objectively speaking,China's cultural traditions and policy orientation And the professional prestige of teachers is the background of the establishment of teacher authority.From the perspective of the relevant subjects established by the novice teacher authority of junior high school,the differences between different students and the different attitudes of parents to novice teachers will affect the formation of novice teacher authority.Secondly,the analysis found that junior high school novice teachers faced the following dilemma in the process of establishing authority:in theory,junior high school novice teachers have a misunderstanding of authority;in practice,due to lack of their own experience,junior high school novice teachers are somewhat at a loss in terms of authority establishment.At the same time,parents' doubts and concerns about junior high school novice teachers,students lacking the necessary awe to the novice teachers,is also the main problem faced by junior high school novice teachers in the process of establishing authority.In the end,the paper proposes strategies to promote the formation of novice teacher authority in junior high schools.Novice teachers want to establish authority better and faster,the main focus must be on themselves,and at the same time,they need to strengthen external support as an auxiliary.Novice teachers must improve themselves from two aspects:educational philosophy and educational practice.In concept,novice teachers must clarify their misunderstanding of authority,establish the concept of taking students as the main body,clarify that they are both teachers and "students",and maintain their enthusiasm for learning.In practice,junior high school teachers must constantly improve their professional qualities,enhance their personal charm in teacher-student communication,develop the habit of daily reflection,and constantly accumulate their own practical wisdom to lay the foundation for a better establishment of authority.In addition,external support for novice teachers provides a guarantee for novice teachers to establish their authority.On the one hand,schools should provide novice teachers with more learning opportunities,moderately reduce the tasks of novice teachers,and provide for the development and growth of novice teachers.Provide some space.On the other hand,schools should build a good home-school communication platform,increase the opportunities for parents to communicate with novice teachers,provide novice teachers with more platforms to show themselves,prove their ability,and then reduce or eliminate parents' prejudice against novice teachers.
