Primary school students are the hope and future of our country.Their healthy growth is of prominent significance for the nation’s healthful development.With an ever growing state attention,the physical health of primary school students has gradually developed to a good side,but the overall level is still not satisfied.As a sport entering the Olympic Games,taekwondo has a high reputation in the society,and its influence on the physical and mental health of primary school students worth an in-depth investigation.In the multi-ethnic,high-altitude tourist city of Xining,there is little research on taekwondo.Therefore,this paper aims to promote the development of taekwondo in primary school physical education,and to investigate the primary schools in Xining city and related experimental research.First of all,this research adopts the Xining Connan elementary experiment method,a total of 80 students,divided into experimental group(n=40)and the control group(n=40),the experimental group experienced a 16 weeks intervention experiment,and the control group with traditional physical exercise,and exercise intensity of polar heart rate monitor real-time subjects,body measurement accord with the requirement of the national student physical health standard",mental health "mental health diagnostic test"is used,17 to 300 students and PE teachers sent questionnaires,35 primary schools for the field survey,and interviewed 10 experts,In order to fully understand the status of xining primary school taekwondo.Finally,through the method of SWOT,this paper analyzes and suggests the promotion of taekwondo in elementary school physical education.Through the experimental results and survey analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Through the 16-week Taekwondo intervention experiment,Taekwondo and physical education can improve the physical and mental health of pupils.The effect of the control group on sit-ups was improved,and its effect was better than that of the experimental group,but from the overall effect,the effect of taekwondo exercises was more significant,especially on the four indicators of vital capacity,sitting forward flexion,rope skipping,and specific jumping,The improvement effect is significant.(2)In terms of psychology,both Taekwondo and physical education can improve the mental health of primary school students.From the perspective of the improvement effect,the overall Taekwondo intervention effect is more significant than the control group,especially the three indicators of learning anxiety,self-blame tendency,and fear tendency are better than the control group,but in the impulsive index,the control group is better than the experimental group.(3)There are many inherent disadvantages in the provision of Taekwondo courses in primary school physical education classes in Xining City.At the same time,they also face challenges from the outside world.Taekwondo has obvious advantages and has many opportunities for development in the external environment.Its advantages are:Taekwondo in Xining Elementary School is well promoted,students are highly motivated,well-organized,the project has its own advantages,and competition is easy to carry out.Shocks include obstacles,questioning culture,harsh outdoor environments,and influences from other projects;there are also good opportunities:support from all parties,shocks from the "Internet+"era.Based on the survey analysis and experimental results,the following suggestions are proposed:(1)Establish a communication bridge between social professional Taekwondo coaches and school physical education teachers,learn from each other,and provide a series of support for development.Improve the level of motor skills,improve the qualifications of coaches,and provide teacher protection for project development.(2)Improve the teaching level,open up ideas,innovate teaching methods,take reasonable in-situ action exercises,organize group plans and regular group exercises to achieve efficient teaching results with limited resources.(3)Under the support of parents,the guidance of the community,and the organization of the unit,a multi-level and multi-level activity platform is established to lower the activity threshold and meticulous grouping,so that students can enjoy the fun of the game.(4)Make full use of the favorable policy environment of Xining City,and make the school staff,parents,and students understand the advantages of Taekwondo and basic sports knowledge through publicity through the Internet,newspapers,and radio.
