With the continuous development of society, a single national curriculum model has not been able to adapt to the needs of different regions and schools. Therefore, the state, local, school three level curriculum management model has come out, in this context, the use of school-based curriculum. Combining with the current situation of students’ physique. At the same time in order to improve the physique of the students, improve school sports activities in the proportion of time, enrich the cultural life of students sports, sports school-based curriculum in the fields of school-based curriculum produced, and appears in the promotion of physical education curriculum in the curriculum of the elementary and middle schools and colleges. More and more scholars have studied the school-based curriculum, most of the research is limited to the theoretical level, but the practice of school-based curriculum is very little. Based on an extensive study of the level of sports school-based curriculum theory, and impact on the implementation of school-based curriculum may bring but lack of background research, through analysis to carry out the three Hui elementary school sports school-based curriculum from students, teachers, schools, and seek some beneficial to discipline theoretical contribution. The purpose of this paper is to study the effects of school-based curriculum, and to provide some practical basis for the other regions and schools to use their own advantages in running schools. The literature data method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics and on-the-spot investigation method, of Xining City Chengdong District Hui elementary school physical education curriculum implementation, to investigate the students in physical health, mental health, sports participation, sports skills and ability to adapt to society, teachers in teaching methods, work attitude, their professional qualities and of school and social influence. The analysis draws the following conclusions:1. Sports school-based curriculum has inspired students’ interest in sports participation, sports curriculum form the starting point of traditional project so that the students is higher, more exercise frequency, to the student physical health played a role.2. Physical education school-based curriculum development, make the teachers’ professional quality improved, teaching methods are more diversified, more actively to work.3. Sports school-based curriculum development, obtained the school seriously, formed a strong physical exercise, study atmosphere, increase awareness of the school.Between the above conclusions and the problems in the implementation process will appear the following recommendations:1.
