The new curriculum standards put forward new requirements for school sports, that is,school sports should follow the "people-oriented" guiding ideology and cultivate students' interest in sports. With the implementation of quality education and new curriculum standards,a variety of sports club activities have appeared on the middle school campus. However, judging from the current development status of extracurricular sports activities in primary and secondary schools, urban school sports activities are relatively well developed, and rural schools have caused rural school sports associations due to factors such as lack of leadership, weak physical education teachers, limited venue facilities, and lack of funds.Difficult to carry out.To a certain extent,it dilutes the interest of middle school students in rural schools to participate in physical exercise, and affects the synchronous development of middle school students in many aspects such as social adaptation and mental health. This article takes the construction status of some rural junior high school sports associations in Hankang District of Ankang City as the research object, and adopts the literature data method, interview method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method, experimental method and field investigation method to 15 junior high schools in the rural area of Hanbin District.In-depth and systematic investigation and analysis of the current status of sports club activities. In order to solve the dilemma of the construction of sports clubs in rural schools, the author chose the nine-year school in Zhangtan,Hanbin District,Ankang City to build sports clubs as a practical case of the construction of sports clubs in rural schools.Research indicates:1.Rural junior high schools in Hanbin District of Ankang City can fully develop school sports clubs under limited conditions.Although rural areas do not have the advantages of urban areas, rural areas have more regional characteristics and can develop sports club projects according to local conditions.2.Rural junior high schools in Hanbin District of Ankang City passively cope with the work of school sports clubs.Although the country has issued many school sports development policies,in rural areas, various factors are limited, but they have to be implemented in accordance with the requirements of superiors, which makes many schools in a passive state. These processes, such as taking photos and making records, are only made to cope with the inspection work of superiors, but there are few opportunities for real students to participate in sports clubs.3.Security issues restrict the development of school sports club activities in rural areas.Student safety issues have a "one-vote veto" for any form of teaching at the school, which has led to the inability of sports club activities.4.Physical education teachers lack humanistic care.Rural schools do not attach importance to the construction of sports clubs, which also leads to the decline of the status of sports teachers in schools, the reduction of assessment incentives, less subsidies, and the low motivation of teachers for the construction of sports clubs.5.Weak teachers in rural schools. The rural schools in Hanbin District are far away from the urban area, the traffic is unchanged, and the environment is difficult. Many young physical education teachers are reluctant to return to the rural areas for teaching.Although the school physical education has been constantly reformed in recent years, but because of the lack of fresh blood Infusion, many forms of class still copy the traditional physical education teaching model. The lack of professional sports club instructors prevents school sports clubs from working effectively.Aiming at the problems in the construction of the rural junior high school sports associations in Hanbin District of Ankang City, the following countermeasures are proposed:1.Fix the activity time of sports associations.Incorporate the time of sports club activities into the normal teaching and class schedule to ensure the guidance time of sports clubs.2.Introduce sports club instructors through multiple channels.Hire professional sports club teachers to provide quality club activities;introduce college support teams;strengthen cooperation with colleges and universities to provide internship positions for colleges and universities;build an urban and rural "shared sports teacher" platform;implement inter-school teacher recruitment.3.Increase the welfare of physical education teachers in rural areas and improve the status of physical education teachers in rural schools.4.The establishment of special funds for the construction of school sports associations in rural areas, specifically for the promotion of rural school sports associations, including the purchase of sports equipment and the construction of sports venues.5.Standardize the management system for the construction of sports associations in rural schools.Establish a reasonable and effective rural school sports association operating mechanism, strengthen supervision, and establish a corresponding evaluation system and incentive system.Improve the safety management system of sports club activities.
