Career planning has always been inadequate attention in high school especially to the ordinary high school.But it is blinding for high school students in a liberal arts division,w ill-deciding or professional choice.Therefore,this study using the career planning questionnaire for middle school students,self-efficacy sense of questionnaire and the learning motivation questionnaire,select 656 students in the fifth high school in Zhangzhou(including 372 high school students under ordinary education mode,284 under vocational education mode).This study investigated the learning motivation status of students in the fifth high school in Zhangzhou which is a high school under the diversify education mode;explored the relationship of learning motivation,self-efficacy,career planning and between multi group in the high school students by multiple group analysis;through education intervention study,explored the effect of career planning course on learning motivation.The results of the study are as follows:1.Learning motivation of students under the diversify education mode from strong to weak is: the pursuit of material,the progress in knowledge,personal achievement,small group orientation,social orientation,fear of failure.Boys in learning motivation score,fear of failure,personal achievement,small group orientation score is significantly higher than girls.The pursuit of material of the learning motivation rises significantly in Senior Two.There is no significant difference of learning motivation between part-time students and no part-time students.the progress in knowledge in learning of ordinary high school education mode students was significantly higher than that of vocational high school education mode.2.The career planning of high school students under the diversify education mode has a positive predictive effect on learning motivation,and self efficacy is not completely mediated between career planning and learning motivation.Compared with groups of ordinary education mode,career planning of the mode of vocational education mode students showed more positive effect on their learning motivation.3.Career planning courses improve levels of the total score and professional,self improvement,feedback correction in a certain extent.As improvement of career planning level of students under the diversify education mode,their progress in knowledge,social orientation,personal achievement three aspects of learning motivation improved.It is proved the last study result that career planning level has a positive predictive role in the learning motivation.Conclusion: career planning level of the students under the diversify education mode raise,their learning motivation enhance.Through the occupation career planning,the ordinary high school students who lack learning motivation are guided from internal motivation orientation to social motivation orientation,to improve learning motivation.
