With the continuous development of the medical level in China,new requirements are gradually put forward for the current medical technology and service quality,which also shows that the current quality level of nursing services in China still needs to be improved.Overworked workload,high-intensity mental and physical work,such high-intensity work will cause stress when there is an imbalance with the nurse's coping ability,if the nurse's work pressure cannot be relieved,they are damaged Physical and mental health,lowered the quality of services,and will also affect the relationship between doctors and patients to a certain extent,which is not conducive to the subsequent healing process.Due to the particularity of patients,pediatric nurses are 0-18 years old minors.They have increased communication and treatment difficulties between patients and their families.Coupled with the already busy work,they are also under great pressure.This article seeks to understand the source and pressure status of pediatric nurses 'work pressure,the need to relieve pressure,help pediatric nurses to reduce work pressure,design social work professional methods and countermeasures,how to restore and enhance pediatric self-efficacy,and relieve pediatric nurses' work pressure.This study took nurses from Beijing S Pediatric Hospital as an example,used quantitative and qualitative research methods to investigate and interview the work pressure sources,pressure status and decompression needs of pediatric nurses.At the same time,a quantitative and qualitative analysis was conducted to obtain The overall stress level of nurses leaving the Beijing S Pediatric Hospital is at a medium level,and the sources of work pressure are ranked from high to low: working environment and equipment problems,workload and time allocation issues,nursing work and professional issues,patient care Issues,management and interpersonal issues.From the perspective of empowerment theory,the author analyzes the causes of nurses 'stress sources.Based on the analysis of nurses' stress sources and nurses 'needs for relieving physical and mental stress,controlling emotions,increasing communication skills,and job burnout,they use professional methods of social work team work.In the design of intervention strategy,the method of pre-test and post-test of the group is used as one of the tools for evaluating the effectiveness of the group.At the same time,the process evaluation and the satisfaction evaluation of the group members are conducted.Themed groups are designed to target psychological pressure,physiological pressure,emotional management,communication skills,and burnout of nurses to ease psychological pressure,relieve physical pressure,learn emotional management,learn communication skills,enhance self-efficacy,and regain At the beginning of work.
