Study On Students' Problem Behavior And Social Work Intervention In Work-study Schools

Since the reform and opening up,the economy has developed rapidly,the society has changed rapidly,and the family planning policy has been implemented.As a result,China's family structure has been reduced,from the original multi-population family to the current "4-2-1" model,many teenagers are in a doting state.At the same time,in the state of rapid economic development,many teenagers can't adapt to the rapid change of environment,which leads to the problem behavior of teenagers.Therefore,how to prevent and correct adolescents' problem behaviors and make them complete the socialization smoothly is a problem that the whole society must pay attention to.Therefore,this paper,relying on the project of “helping students with high care ”,takes the students of Beijing JS working-reading school as the research object and the problem behaviors of working-reading students as the research content.Firstly,the social ecosystem theory is used to analyze the causes of problem behaviors of work-study students.Secondly,data were collected by means of participatory observation,case interview,home visit,literature review and questionnaire to evaluate the problem behaviors and needs of work-study students.Thirdly,under the guidance of the sign interaction theory,9 group activities were carried out according to the problems and needs of the students,which lasted for 3 months.Then,a comparison was made before and after the intervention,and then the effectiveness was evaluated from the achievement degree of the group goal and the change of the service object before and after the intervention.Finally,based on the experience of this practice,the author summarizes and reflects on it,and then puts forward the suggestion of "one social worker in one trinity".Specifically: excavate the positive function of family;Establish a perfect home-school co-education cooperation mechanism;Community support function;Enhancing youth resilience;Social workers will be stationed in schools.But this research also has shortcomings,because with the class as a class,the number of 10 people and are boys,due to personnel flow,etc.,the number of actual full participation in group activities for nine people,and the rest of the class school never contact,and to practice in this study,the need for the evaluation,so not to put the rest of the class research,so the sample size is limited,the conclusion or have differences.
