The Research Of The Group Work Involved In The Study Of The Students Behavior That Are Tired Of Learning In The Sixth Grade Of Primary School

The phenomenon of students behavior that are tired of learning is becoming more and more prominent in our country,and how to rectify the students behavior that are tired of learning is a thorny problem in education.Primary school students have the characteristics of the basic and plasticity,it is particularly important to take positive and effective intervention measures to the behavior of learning tiredness.In order to correct student's behavior of learning tiredness,the author designed a group activity to meet the needs of students who were tired of learning,and used action research methods to intervene in sixth grade students who were tired of learning.After the intervention,they rethought their practical actions,adjusted service plans,and summarized practices skill.Through the analysis of the measurement results of the service objects before and after using the weariness measurement table,the interviews with the school teachers and parents,and the evaluation of the service objects showed that the student's behavior of learning has improved,which shows that the team work practice is effective.Therefore,the research team used non-professional skills and professional skills,such as:screening of team members should avoid labeling,site layout suitable for the development characteristics of team members,make good use of empathy,encouragement and support,and appropriate linking,using focus,etc.,is suitable for group work to interfere with student behavior that are tired of learning.This group is different from other groups in that it timely summarizes and rethinks the use of team work skills,especially in the course of activities,providing reference value for related research.
