The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Party pointed out that "socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era." From the perspective of the development of the times,it means that China is ushering in a new era of developing socialism with Chinese characteristics.As secondary vocational students in the new era,how to assume their sense of social responsibility in the new era is a problem that our vocational educators need to think further.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the state has vigorously developed vocational education and has issued six documents.Among them,the State Council 's “Decision on Accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education” in 2014 put forward a series of positionings for the development of China 's vocational education from the system and mechanism In 2019,the State Council issued the "National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan",a series of documents that continuously guide modern vocational education to innovate and develop in innovation.As China's society enters a historical period of high-quality development,many people's social values have been impacted and changed.Among them,the sense of responsibility for social development has become weak,and there is a sense of "it has nothing to do with it." Whether our vocational students will also be affected by this,how should they practice the consciousness of social responsibility in the new era,plus the vocational students are oriented towards employment-oriented training,entering the society prematurely,and understanding of social development Insufficient,weak consciousness,and in adolescence,they are prone to one-sided understanding or excessive emotional behavior,etc.Therefore,it is particularly important to strengthen the cultivation of consciousness for middle school students to practice social responsibility.This article will take Rogers' humanistic learning theory and the basic principles of Marxism as the theoretical basis,take H vocational school as an example,takevocational students as the main research object,and deeply analyze the current situation of consciousness of social responsibility of vocational students in the new era Explore the current problems and put forward relevant training strategies or ways to enhance the consciousness of secondary vocational students to fulfill their social responsibility.The full text is divided into four parts.The first part is an introduction,which analyzes the purpose of the topic,research ideas,research methods,innovations and research reviews.The second part is the definition of related concepts and the interpretation of related connotations.First,it analyzes the definition of the concept of the new era,secondary vocational students,and social responsibility.Secondly,through analyzing what is the sense of social responsibility in the new era,and analyzing the basic content and connotation that vocational students should have.Finally,from the perspective of society and the times,it analyzes the perception and development of social responsibility as a consciousness.The third part is empirical analysis.Through questionnaire surveys and activities,analyze the problems of the vocational students' sense of social responsibility and the causes of the problems.The fourth part is the path research of training strategy.According to the reasons from five aspects(individuals,families,schools,enterprises and society)and other aspects,it puts forward suggestions or ideas to strengthen the awareness of vocational students to practice social responsibility.
