The Basketball Growth Group Is Involved In The Research On Emotion Management Of Primary School Students

Primary school is the initial stage of children's growth,and children's emotions tend to be diversified.However,due to the limited ability of children's emotional control and regulation,negative emotional problems often occur,leading to behavior extremes.We should start to pay attention to and cultivate children's emotional management ability from the primary stage,so as to lay a solid foundation for the healthy growth in the later stage.In the process of internship in the social work institutions of ZS community,the author found that some primary school students in ZS community have poor emotional control and regulation ability,and most parents hope to effectively help their children improve their emotional management ability.The author combines his own special skills and social work study,establishes a basketball growth group,uses the method of basketball to intervene the emotional problems of primary school students,and promotes the primary school students to improve their emotional management ability.The author collected 20 primary school students from ZS community to participate in the basketball growth group,and held 6 group activities.The group activities use Bandura's social learning theory and ABC emotion theory,and use basketball as a tool to create a certain range of cooperation and mutual assistance environment,and then affect the emotional management ability of primary school students.The emotional intelligence table was used to evaluate the emotional management ability of primary school students before and after the activity.The evaluation results show that after group activities,pupils' ability of emotional perception,emotional expression,emotional regulation and control has been significantly improved,which has been well received by pupils and parents.This study proves that the basketball growth group is effective in the activities of primary school students' emotional management ability.In the research,the author adopts the methods of group work,scale and observation.In the scale method,the emotional intelligence of the subjects was tested by the emotional intelligence scale,and the activity was collected by the group activity satisfaction feedback form.The observation method is that the author observes the state of the research object in detail through his own senses,so as to evaluate the effect of group activities more comprehensively.
