| The primary school students in the lower grades have just entered the primary school stage from the kindergarten stage,and are in a critical period of developing their learning habits and changing their thinking patterns.From the kindergarten stage to the lower grade primary school stage,students need to learn and adapt to new life rules and learning rules.Parents of elementary school students in lower grades are one of the important participants in school learning activities and home education.The good emotional management and control ability of parents of primary school students in lower grades has an important influence on the establishment of good study habits and the change of thinking mode,which is also the significance of this study.In this study,the current situation,problems and causes of emotional management of parents of first-,second-,and third-grade students in a primary school in QK District,WH City,Hubei Province were studied and analyzed by means of questionnaires and interviews.By borrowing from the ECI scale developed by Daniel Gorman in 1998 and the Emotional Intelligence Inventory(EQI)developed by Bar-On in 1997,the scores of self-emotional cognition,self-emotional regulation,self-motivation,children’s emotional cognition,parent-child Questionnaires were designed for the six dimensions of relationship management and emotion regulation to investigate and understand the current situation of emotional management of parents of elementary school students in lower grades.Effect test analysis.Through data analysis,it is found that:(1)the overall performance of the parents of elementary school students in lower grades is average;(2)the emotional regulation of male parents is relatively simple;(3)young parents are more likely to accept new educational concepts;(4)the emotions of parents with many children The management level is poor;(5)The emotional management ability of the parents with low education is poor.Through the interviews with parents,the following influencing factors are analyzed: Internal factors:(1)the parents of lower grade pupils have certain limitations in their own educational ideas;(2)parents have limited cognition of the psychological development characteristics and thinking patterns of lower grade pupils;(3))The thinking mode of parents of different genders determines behavior differences;(4)Ineffective communication is the root cause of parents’ emotional out of control.External factors:(1)The new policy requires the reconstruction of family relationships;(2)The policy orientation exacerbates the imbalance in the emotional management level of parents with low education;(3)Class solidification is the root cause of parents’ anxiety;(4)The education parents receive Insufficient training.According to the research and analysis results,the following countermeasures are put forward:(1)parents themselves: change their thinking patterns and improve their emotional management capabilities;(2)family levels: improve the supervision system and attach importance to father participation;(3)school level: pay attention to the content of homeschool communication(4)Social level: strengthen after-school care services and promote personalized education. |
