Teacher emotional management has always been a research hotspot in the field of pedagogy and psychology,and the research on emotional management of rural teachers has guiding significance for the construction of high-quality rural teachers.The special social and cultural background of rural areas makes the emotional management of rural primary school teachers more special.In recent years,scholars have conducted research on bad emotions for specific groups of rural teachers,but there are relatively few studies on emotion management for the entire rural primary school teacher group,especially researchers with front-line teaching experience.This paper takes the rural primary school teachers in J City,Qingdao As the research object,on the basis of literature research,first of all,the performance of teachers’ bad emotions and their effects are analyzed,the emotional atrophy weakens the teaching effect,the emotional catharsis improperly hurts the students’ psychology,the random outbreak of emotions induces home-school contradictions,the emotional intelligence hinders their own development,the improper expression of emotions hurts the relationship between colleagues,and the inefficient emotional regulation endangers physical and mental health;secondly,the investigation and research is used to analyze the emotional management status of rural primary school teachers,and the results show that The emotional management level of rural primary school teachers due to gender and academic differences is obvious,the teaching age and salary income of rural primary school teachers are positively correlated with the emotional management level,whether it is significantly affecting emotional expression,emotional debugging and emotional use in the compilation,serving as a class teacher affects the emotional control of teachers,and the emotional management level of rural teachers is not greatly affected by the teaching grade;combined with the interview,the reasons for the emotional control and emotional adjustment of primary school teachers in the special social background of rural areas are analyzed.It is found that the emotional control boundary of rural primary school teachers is diluted by the simple rural environment,the emotional tendency of rural primary school teachers to lose control is related to the weak awareness of parents’ rights protection,and the inefficient emotional adjustment of rural primary school teachers is affected by traditional educational concepts;finally,interview research is used to explore the triggering factors of bad emotions of rural primary school teachers from six aspects: rural school environment,rural education concept,rural education work,teachers’ own personality,teacher identity pressure,and teacher professional stage.Based on the current situation of emotional management of rural primary school teachers and the analysis of adverse emotional triggers,the three levels of individual teachers,schools and society are considered as a whole,and suggestions are given to improve the emotional management level of rural primary school teachers from six aspects: strengthen learning and improve emotional management ability;relaxation and relaxation to alleviate the pressure of work and life;learn to control and master emotional adjustment strategies;take the initiative to guide and stimulate teachers’ positive emotions;collective care and overcome emotional management difficulties;make up for shortcomings and eliminate teachers’ worries.
