With the advancement of urbanization and the aggravation of urban and rural floating population in China,the problem of left-behind children in rural areas has gradually emerged.According to the statistics of the civil affairs department,the number of left-behind children reached 6.97 million in 2018.Most of the left-behind children in rural areas have problems of poor communication or alienation between their parents.The quality of parent-child communication of left-behind children has affected family harmony and social stability.How to improve parent-child communication ability of left-behind children in rural areas has become an urgent practical problem to be solved.Due to the lack of active awareness,low clarity,low skill level and single content of parent-child communication of left-behind children in rural areas,the communication ability of left-behind children in rural areas is poor.Therefore,this study improves the parent-child communication ability of left-behind children in rural areas by using group work method,so as to achieve the goal of helping others and helping themselves.This study mainly uses questionnaire survey,interview and observation methods to investigate the communication ability of left-behind children in W primary school.It deeply understands the problems and needs of low communication ability of left-behind children in rural areas.Eight left-behind children in rural areas with low communication ability and strong willingness to participate are selected as service objects.According to the theory of social learning and the theory of superiority perspective,the group work method is used to improve the parent-child communication ability of the service object,to improve the parent-child communication ability of the service object,to improve the parent-child relationship,and to promote the happy growth of the left-behind children in rural areas.In this study,first of all,through group activities to impart knowledge related to parent-child communication skills,parent-child communication to rural left-behind children,improve their learning level of parent-child communication methods,exercise their skills of using parent-child communication skills,encourage them to apply new learning to life;secondly,through the Internet and game activities experience,build parents of Left-behind children.The sub-communication platform,using three main lines of on-site connection,game experience,discussion and sharing, designs the group activity service plan,solves the practical problems of parent-child communication ability of the service object,and improves the parent-child communication ability of the left-behind children in rural areas.Finally,through carrying out group activities,the left-behind children in rural areas learn about the concept of helping others in social work and live in groups.Help each other in peace and peace,improve parent-child communication skills.Through the intervention of the author and the joint efforts of the team members,the communication ability of parents and children of eight left-behind children in rural areas has been significantly improved at the end of the group.They will actively communicate with their parents.The content of communication is no longer limited to learning,but also involves their hobbies,friendship situation,and the expression is relatively clear.This study summarizes the service experience of this group work in improving the parent-child communication ability of left-behind children in rural areas,and reflects on this study,providing some reference for other scholars to further improve the parent-child communication ability of left-behind children in rural areas in the future.
