Chungteck School of Savannakhet Province in Laos is one of the most representative Chinese schools in Laos today.Based on the Chinese origin of Ethnic Chinese students,Chinese traditional festival culture,Chinese traditional art culture,Chinese food culture,contemporary China,and sentiment towards China,Chungteck School was thoroughly investigated in depth through the methods of consulting materials,interviews,and questionnaires.The "Chinese Memory" of 120 Ethnic Chinese students learned the true situation of the "Chinese Memory" of Ethnic Chinese students at Chungteck School.The survey results show that Chinese memory of Ethnic Chinese students of Chungteck School covers a wide range and has a comprehensive knowledge of China and its language and culture;Chinese memory of Ethnic Chinese students of Chungteck School is focused;Ethnic Chinese students of Chungteck School gain Chinese memory There are many kinds of media;Chinese memory of Ethnic Chinese students of Chungteck School is mostly based on utilitarian motivation;Chinese memory of Ethnic Chinese students of Chungteck School not only stays at the memory level,but also transforms it into skills.Starting from the factors that influence the Chinese memory of Ethnic Chinese students in Chungteck School,the influence of family background,school education and social environment on the Chinese memory of Ethnic Chinese students was investigated.The survey results show that family background not only affects Ethnic Chinese students' knowledge of Chinese geography and humanities,Chinese cuisine,contemporary China,and their sense of belonging to China,but also affects Ethnic Chinese students' learning motivation,Chinese proficiency,and Chinese academic performance.School education mainly affects the content of Chinese memory,feelings for Chinese language and culture,learning of Chinese traditional culture,and understanding of traditional festivals for Ethnic Chinese students.The social and political environment and social and cultural environment of Laos are the prerequisites for Ethnic Chinese students to receive Chinese education.Social media software not only increases the awareness of contemporary Chinese and Chinese elements among Ethnic Chinese students,but also opens up a new world for Ethnic Chinese students to learn Chinese courses online.The Chinese memory of Ethnic Chinese students has affected Chinese learning of Ethnic Chinese students.The specific impact is as follows: Chinese memory of Ethnic Chinese students makes them have a more active attitude towards learning Chinese,a higher understanding of Chinese culture,and a higher demand for cultural interest,and then put forward specific suggestions to promote Chinese teaching for Ethnic Chinese students.
