With the development of the times and the needs of practice,the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents is highly valued by the state and society.Higher education institutions are the cradle of talent training in my country.They undertake the important missions of promoting the implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship development strategies,helping to build an innovative country,and training high-quality talents for the country.As high-level talents cultivated by the country,postgraduate students shoulder important tasks in my country's economic and social development.As a training ground for high-quality talents,colleges and universities need to adjust their education policies as soon as possible and coordinate the relationship between postgraduate education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,and how to integrate postgraduate education and innovation and entrepreneurship education in an organic way to make graduates more adequate and more High-quality employment and entrepreneurship are urgent issues facing the development of colleges and universities.In this paper,first of all,through the study of relevant literature,we extracted five participants about the integration of postgraduate education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,namely society,government,universities,teachers and researchers themselves.Design six secondary indicators based on primary indicators on the basis of consulting relevant documents(social group participation,Jiangxi provincial government support,the allocation of resources for double innovation by universities,the importance of universities for innovation and entrepreneurship education of postgraduates,and the allocation of teachers Balance degree and the postgraduates' cognition and willingness to double innovation),and develop a questionnaire.The survey was conducted in eight colleges and universities in Nanchang,Jiangxi Province.The questionnaire reflected the graduate students 'actual perception of the status of innovation and entrepreneurship education in the colleges.Model,modify and fit the model,and generate an index table of factors influencing the integration of graduate education and innovation and entrepreneurshipeducation in Jiangxi Province,indicating the resource allocation situation of the universities and colleges to the double innovation(62.1)and the recognition of the double innovation by the postgraduates Knowledge and willingness(58.8)has the highest index,followed by universities' emphasis on postgraduate innovation and entrepreneurship education(51.7),social group participation(51.5),Jiangxi provincial government support(46.9),and teacher balance(36.8).In order to accelerate the deep integration of postgraduate education and innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province,this article puts forward targeted suggestions based on statistical results.First,improve the allocation of innovation and entrepreneurship resources in colleges and universities;second,improve the awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship concepts;third,improve the innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system for graduate students;fourth,improve the teaching methods of innovation and entrepreneurship education for graduate students;fifth,increase social participation Sixth,pay attention to the teaching staff of innovation and entrepreneurship for postgraduates,form a situation in which postgraduates can improve their awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship,and use their professional knowledge to innovate and entrepreneurship.They can be more directly and efficiently integrated into social production practices and transformed into economic development power.
