With the further development of education reform,the teaching of ancient poetry plays an increasingly important role in Chinese teaching.The effective teaching of ancient poetry is related to the inheritance,promotion and development of Chinese splendid classical poetry culture,which plays a vital role in the cultivation of students' learning ability,the shaping of ideological,moral and emotional,and the formation of a good and sound personality.At present,the teaching of ancient poetry is still the key and difficult point in Chinese teaching.In rural schools with relatively backward teaching resources and relatively weak teaching foundation,the teaching situation of ancient poetry is worrying,especially the rural junior middle school pays less attention to the teaching of ancient poetry.This paper analyzes the situation of selecting and compiling ancient poetry in the junior middle school Chinese textbook compiled by the Ministry of Education,grasps the characteristics of the ancient poetry selection and the rules of the arrangement of the ancient poetry,and analyzes the requirements and suggestions of the Chinese Curriculum Standard of Compulsory Education for the teaching of Chinese ancient poetry in junior middle school,so as to serve as the basis for establishing the teaching strategy of ancient poetry in the middle school language textbook.Through the investigation of the present situation of the teaching of ancient poetry in rural middle schools,it is found that there are some problems in the teaching of ancient poetry in rural schools,such as the deviation of teaching goal design,the dislocation of the main position of ancient poetry teaching,the lack of humanistic education of ancient poetry,and the insufficient accumulation of students' knowledge of ancient poetry.In view of the problems in the teaching of ancient poetry in rural middle schools,this paper analyzes the reasons behind it from three aspects: school,teachers and students.The traditional cultural atmosphere of ancient poetry in rural schools is insufficient,and the teaching infrastructure is weak;the professional level of rural teachers is low,ignoring the cultivation of students' thinking ability and aesthetic appreciation ability;the weak foundation of ancient poetry in rural students,the lack of learning motivation,the lack of family education,and the weak ability of personal control are the causes of various problems in the teaching of ancient poetry in rural junior middleschools.According to the actual situation of the teaching of ancient poetry in rural junior middle school and the characteristics of selecting and compiling ancient poetry in the middle school Chinese textbook compiled by the Ministry of Education,this paper explores the effective strategies suitable for the teaching of ancient poetry in the rural junior middle school.Such as skillful use of teaching materials,design reasonable teaching objectives;patriotic enterprising,fully excavate the humanistic value of ancient poetry;independent learning,cultivate students' ability to learn actively;cooperative inquiry,stimulate students' desire to explore and desire for knowledge;contrast reading,build a systematic knowledge system of ancient poetry;cultural heritage,strengthen the outside-class reading of ancient poetry guidance and other reasonable and effective strategies to improve rural middle school ancient poetry The present situation of teaching,enhance the rural students' learning ability of ancient poetry,improve the rural students' cultural literacy and ideological and moral literacy of ancient poetry,and provide a method guidance for the teaching of ancient poetry in the textbook compiled by the Ministry of Rural First-line Teachers.The teaching of ancient poetry is of great significance to the development of middle school students in rural areas.Rural teachers should carry out self-innovation in essence,constantly update their own teaching ideas and teaching methods,and set up a more rich and diverse teaching mode of ancient poetry.
