Abstract/Summary:
Primary and middle school students is the national talent reserve forces,also is the focus of the crowd,promote the national fitness plan in our country in recent years,the state sport general administration issued a "national fitness guide,is the evaluation of sports ability test for adults,also have scholars to evaluate children’s sports ability,but lack for the study of the primary and middle school students’ sports ability,in order to" 2030 "health China strategy,for primary and middle school students’ sports ability test and evaluation is necessary,because from the perspective of school physical education,we should attach great importance to the all-round development of youth sports ability,the school should avoid too single monitoring body quality,The assessment of reflexes,sensitivities,coordination,functional motor abilities and balance sports injuries should also be developed in a coordinated manner.Research purposes: in this paper,the Xi ’an different ages primary and middle school students’ sports ability and the ability to make the action on the overall analysis,find out the sports ability of disadvantage of primary and middle school students,so as to achieve balance compensation of non-equilibrium ability for teachers to provides some references for the scientific and reasonable arrangement of training,the education department of the curriculum of primary and middle school students has the reference value.Research methods: this paper selected 2 primary and secondary schools in xi ’an city,with a total of 6144 people(3059 boys and 3085 girls)as the research object.Using the literature material method,experiment method,mathematical statistics,the percentile method,progressive scoring method,factor analysis,etc.determine the movement ability evaluation indexes,to quantify the different units of sport ability scores points,finally build a model of radar chart,intuitive reflect the characteristics of the sports ability of scale,to balance compensation,through schools at different ages primary and middle school students’ sports ability find out the generality of the xi ’an the existing characteristics of primary and middle school students.Research results: The boy sports ability index of primary and middle school students is standardized scores,elementary school in grade one to grade three boys functional movement patterns each school score compared to other sports ability score is low,the third grade to grade three functional movement patterns scores increased,individual schools coordination ability score lower scores than other sports ability,forexample,xd with small four grade boy BMI79 points,cardiorespiratory function of 77 points,75 speed quality,flexible quality 73 points,the power quality is 71 points,functional movement patterns of 65 points,coordination capacity of 71 points,80 points sensitive quality,the ability to respond to 79;Grade six boys in Xiaoyanta Primary School scored BMI79,cardiopulmonary function 80,speed quality 75,flexibility quality 76,endurance quality 75,strength quality 73,functional movement mode 60,coordination ability 71,sensitivity quality 82,and reaction ability 73.From grade one to grade three in primary school,the comprehensive scores of the left and right single supporting legs of boys were all greater than 95%,and the bilateral differences of the left and right legs of boys were less than 5%.The small and medium-sized students girls sports ability index standardization scoring,elementary school in grade one to grade three schools girls coordination ability score lower scores than other sports ability,for example,the small wild goose pagoda sixth grade girl BMI78 points,cardiorespiratory function of 75 points,76 speed quality,flexible quality 74 points,endurance quality 75 points,power quality is 78 points,functional movement patterns of 70 points,coordination capacity of 66 points,69 points sensitive quality,the ability to respond to76;Grade two girls in Xidianattached Middle School scored BMI85,cardiopulmonary function75,speed quality 75,flexibility quality76,strength quality 76,endurance 73,functional movement mode 77,coordination ability69,sensitivity quality74,and reaction ability 75.The comprehensive scores of the left and right single supporting legs of the girls in grade one to Grade three in primary school were all greater than 95%,and the bilateral differences between the left and right legs of the girls were less than 5%.Research conclusions:(1)According to the non-balanced assessment of athletic ability of each grade in different schools,the commonality is obtained.The boys in primary and secondary school in Xi’an generally have poor functional athletic ability.(2)Girls in primary and secondary schools in Xi’an generally have unbalanced coordination ability,which is caused by their poor ability to control objects accurately.(3)The body shape of the boys in all grades in Xi’an is relatively normal,which is an advantageous ability.Compared with the speed and agility of the boys in grade two to grade six,the overall sports ability belongs to the dominant ability.The speed and reaction ability of the boys from grade one to grade two are dominant,and the strength quality of the boys in grade three begins to develop.(4)The body shape of girls of all grades in Xi ’an is relatively normal andslightly worse than that of boys.The speed,agility and reaction ability of girls from grade 1 to grade 6 in primary school are superior compared with the overall sports ability.Besides the poor coordination ability of girls from junior high school to senior high school,the development of other sports ability is balanced.(5)Most of the male and female students in primary and secondary schools in Xi’an do not have a greater risk of sports injury to the left and right limbs,and there is no significant difference in the balance ability of the male and female students.
