Integrated neuromuscular training(INT)includes general functional movements, strength, speed, sensitivity, balance, and rapid telescopic compound training.A number of studies have shown that INT can effectively develop physical fitness and specialized technical levels and has a good effect on improving athletic ability and motor skills.Research Purpose:To explore the effects of INT and conventional training methods on primary school students' athletic ability and basketball performance.Research Methods:Twenty primary school basketball club students were selected as subjects and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 10 people in each group. The control group were given the conventional training, and the experimental group were given integrated neuromuscular training. The principles formulating of INT programs were combined with the technical characteristics of basketball events. The training period is 8 weeks,3 times a week,45 minutes each time. Before and after training, vertical jump, dynamic balance,30 m speed and sensitivity ability were detected as indicators of exercise ability.Touch height, strain speed combined with ball, one hand shooting during moving, and free throw ability were tested as the measurement index of basketball special skills.Research Results:In terms of exercise ability:(1)After 8 weeks of INT,the vertical jump performance of experimental group was significantly improved(P<0.01),and it was also significantly improved compared with control group after training(P<0.05).(2)After 8 weeks of training, the dynamic balance scores of left and right legs in control group were significantly increased(P<0.01,P<0.05).The dynamic balance performances of left and right legs in experimental group were significantly higher than before training.(P<0.01),and they were significantly higher than those of control group after training(P<0.05).(3)8-week training significantly improved 30 m performance of experimental group(P<0.01),and it was significantly higher than that of control group after training(P<0.05).(4)8 weeks of INT significantly increased the sensitivity of experimental group(P<0.01),and it was significantly better than that of control group after training(P<0.01).In terms of specific performance:(1)After 8 weeks of exercise intervention, the ability of touch height of experimental group was significantly improved(P<0.01).and it significantly higher than that of control group after training(P<0.05).(2)After training, the ability of strain speed combined with ball of control group was significantly improved compared with before training(P<0.05).The ability of strain speed combined with ball of experimental group was significantly higher than that before training(P<0.01),and it was significantly better than that of control group after training(P<0.01).(3)8-week training significantly improved the one-hand shooting ability of control group(P<0.05).That of significantly better than that of control group after training(P<0.05).(4)8-week exercise intervention significantly improved the free throw ability of control group(P<0.05).That of significantly better than that of control group after training(P<0.01).Research Conclusions:(1)In terms of athletic ability such as vertical jump, dynamic balance,30 m speed, sensitivity, etc.,the effect of integrated neuromuscular training is significantly better than conventional physical training.(2)The effect of integrated neuromuscular training is better than that of conventional physical training in touch height, strain speed combined with ball, one hand shooting during moving, free throw and other special sports performance.
