Research On The Collaborative Mechanism Of Operation And Management Of Community Tennis Stadiums In Chengdu

Under the social background of the change of the main contradiction in the society and the continuous and in-depth promotion of the national fitness campaign,more and more operators of community tennis venues find that the current operation and management mode is not suitable for the current social and market environment.Although some scholars have done some research on this,they have failed to fundamentally solve the problem of input and output of community tennis venues.This paper aims to optimize the product quality,improve the operation efficiency,improve the investment mode,reduce the operation cost and improve the market performance of the community tennis venues by establishing a collaborative mechanism of the management of the community tennis venues.Using the literature material method,field survey method,interview method and so on research methods of community tennis venue management synergy mechanism study of chengdu,through the research of chengdu community tennis venue's business scope and business priorities,a guest way and the plight of the channels,management,found that community tennis venue of chengdu business scope mainly for training,members of the play,equipment sales,booking,activity,a guest is mainly the natural flow channel,to push,online promotion and introduction,problems in the operation of the main,space utilization ratio is not high,gold time crowded;Operating net profit is not large,labor costs are too high;The site is greatly affected by the weather and the business hours are unstable;The business design is not reasonable,the daily operation is chaotic;Competition and cooperation are not clear,there are obstacles to development;Lack of neighborhood communication channels,poor relationship between neighbors;The management knowledge is insufficient,the future development is blind and so on.According to the above research results,in order to control principle of synergetics,self-organization theory as the theoretical basis,from openness,the balance,self-organizing,parameter fluctuations are analyzed,chengdu community tennis venue management system with coupling of synergetics,constructs the city community tennis venue management synergy mechanism framework.The research shows that the collaborative mechanism framework of Chengdu Community tennis venue operation and management should include three mechanisms: the formation mechanism of community tennis venue operation and management coordination,the realization mechanism of community tennis venue operation and management coordination,and the control mechanism of community tennis venue operation and management coordination.The gap between the actual situation and the goal of the management of community tennis venues is the cause of the formation of the cooperation of the management of community tennis venues.To achieve the cooperation,we need to identify the opportunities,evaluate the value of the cooperation in advance,communicate the information,integrate and optimize the elements,select and manage the order parameters,evaluate and feedback the results of the cooperation,and through the goal constraints System constraint,goal incentive,result incentive and other means control the collaborative completion.
