Research On Collaborative Operation Mechanism Of College Student Affairs Management

From "governance" to "collaborative governance",the application of governance theory in solving social problems has gradually expanded and is widely used in public and private institutions transaction management.Facing the rapidly changing of social environment,higher education management is generally faced with efficiency,fairness and quality crisis resulting from marketization,globalization.Deepening the reform of higher education,transforming the mode of student affairs management become the important way to improve the quality of higher education."Cooperative governance" provides a new thought to solve the problems in the students management.This paper generalizes the keywords relevant to the subject,and build the student affairs management synergy mechanism".Then,author clarify what the mechanism of students' affairs administration should be,and find out the "uncoordinated state" of current student affairs management and the problems existing in the deep.At the same time,author analyze the United States,the typical representative of western higher education,finding the mode of the management and advantages.Combined with the current problem of students' affairs administration of colleges and universities in our country,we learn the advanced experience,providing a beneficial reference to solve the problem.According to the article,the current main problems include: multiple participation in students' affairs administration is imperfect,the student affairs management's power structure is unreasonable,information technology of student affairs management is not mature,the law reveals inadequate in student affairs management.To solve the problem must be establishing the pattern of diversity in participation,strengthening students' affairs administration democracy level;Improve the mechanism of collaborative work,promoting the student affairs management collaboration;Promoting the information technology,improving efficiency of the implementation of student affairs management;Strengthening the construction of rulesand regulations,improving the rule of law of in students' affairs management and student affairs management synergy comprehensively.
