Research On The Optimization Of The Organization System Of Competitive Aerobics Competition In My Country

The ultimate purpose of the development of any sports event is to participate in the competition of sports events.Therefore,competition plays a crucial role in the development of the event.It is not only a test of the athletes' competitive ability in stages,but also the best way to better arrange the next stage of training for the athletes.In order to make calisthenics competition organization more scientific,standardized and professional in China,this paper makes a systematic study from the aspects of optimizing the competition organization,improving the cultural connotation of the competition,and shaping the influence of the competition,and puts forward some feasible Suggestions for the construction of the competitive calisthenics competition organization system in China.Through using the method of documentary,expert interview,field investigation and logical analysis,with the competitive aerobics competition organization and organization methods as the breakthrough point,all-round,multi-angle to the path of China's competitive aerobics competition organization,organization,competition way,respectively from the race of organization arrangement and competition organization evaluation of these four aspects of competition organization system,comprehensively in this paper.The results show that:(1)the current situation of aerobics competition organizations in China is as follows: the functions of competition organizations have basically realized the separation of management and management,which has changed the previous situation that sports functional departments of all levels of government directly manage.However,there are still many problems,which are manifested in the following aspects: the random lack of continuity of the competition organization and undertaking units,the lack of standardization of the competition management methods,the lack of systematic implementation of the competition organization,and the lack of evaluation mechanism of the competition organization.This is also an important reason why the level of competition organization is not high,the market participation is small,the influence of the competition is limited,and the media and sponsors are few.(2)according to the principles of systematicness,coordination,comprehensiveness and sustainability,the organizational construction theory of competitive aerobics is constructed with the characteristics of multiple types,levels,resources and functions,as well as the concepts of coordinated development and institutional norms.(3)the construction of the competition organization system is mainly carried out from the aspects of improving the operation mode of the competition organization,improving the management methods of the competition organization,optimizing the implementation process of the competition organization,and establishing the evaluation mechanism of the competition organization.Improve the operation mode of competition organization by different levels;To formulate the management measures for the competition links of the competition operation units,referees,athletes,coaches and competition organizers,with clear responsibilities and rules to follow;Optimize the process of competition organization and implementation,create a model of "one performance,two competitions and three forums",and realize the educational value,competitive value and scientific research value of the competition;Make full use of electronic information platform to realize the integration of competition information management and application,improve the efficiency of competition organization and the accuracy of competition information;The evaluation and feedback mechanism of competition organization from different perspectives of referees,coaches,athletes and spectators is established to promote the scientific and standardized work of competition organization.
