A Study Of The World Aerobics Championships Competition Results Under The 2013-2024 FIG Competition Rule Changes

In order to ensure the prospective and guiding nature of the rules,the International Gymnastics Federation(FIG)revises and improves the scoring rules of aerobics in a cycle of four years.In this paper,the scoring rules of the three cycles of FIG 2013-2024 are based on a detailed analysis of the competition results of the five World Championships in the three cycles,while the changes of the rules in these three cycles are multifaceted,and the modification of the rules ultimately affects the athletes’ competition results.There are many factors affecting the athletes’ competition results.In sports with difficult aesthetic items,the changes of competition rules will directly affect the coaches and athletes’ choreography of the whole set of movements and the selection of technical movements.Only by grasping the rules can we protect the athletes in the competition,and the athletes will not be affected by other factors,so that they can play the best level of competition and achieve the desired results.In international competitions,the impact of competition results on athletes and their countries is extremely important.This paper mainly uses the literature method,expert interview method,video analysis method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method,combined with the analysis of three versions of FIG 2013-2016,2017-2020 and 2022-2024 competitive aerobics competition rules,to study the main content of the changes in the rules of competitive aerobics competition,analyze the changes in the composition of sets after the rule changes,summarize the rules The main content of the changes in the rules of competitive aerobics,the changes in the composition of the sets after the changes in the rules,the impact of the changes on the performance,and provide a reference for the training of Chinese competitive aerobics athletes.The conclusions of the study are as follows.1.2013-2024 cycle rule changes are divided into four aspects,the general rule: shorten the set of action time.Difficulty: 2022 cycle on the difficulty group and category redistribution;the number of difficulty each cycle by reducing;difficulty judging criteria each cycle by improving;allow the scope and form of difficulty connection each cycle by expanding.Artistic aspect: the artistic scoring content structure is streamlined;the number of manipulation units is reduced;the artistic requirements are increased.Completion: difficulty/skill movement to complete the reduction of points increased;sets of action choreography content reduction of points increased.2.Complete sets of choreography changes are mainly divided into four aspects: the number of difficulty use significantly reduced;the number of manipulation unit use first lower and then higher;the main content of the choreography tends to complex novelty;skill action selection limit gradually expanded.3.After the rule changes on the impact of the results: men’s single final score significant differences for the difficulty score,completion score are significant differences,no significant differences in the art score,so the total score there are significant differences;difficulty scores show a trend of first increase and then decrease,the proportion of decrease is greater than the proportion of increase;2013-2024 three cycle final score changes show a trend of first increase and then decrease.
