For a long time,teacher education has been divided into two distinct stages:pre-employment training and on-the-job training.Teacher on-boarding education is the transition link between pre-employment training and on-the-job training,and a bridge between the two.With the widespread dissemination of lifelong thinking and the theory of teacher education integration,induction education,as a key link in the lifelong education system,has become an inevitable choice for teachers' professional development.In this study,Nanning M Middle School was selected as the research site because it belongs to a full-time,boarding system publicly-run complete middle school.The overall score is in the middle of Nanning,which is universal in research.By using the methods of literature,observation,and interview,the current situation of the training goals,training content,training mode,evaluation system,and training results of the induction education for first-time teachers is investigated and analyzed.,Not combined with the needs of teachers;the training content is not targeted,lacks systematicness and coherence;the training mode is fixed,and the teacher-apprentice pairing is formal;the evaluation system is not complete;the degree of attention is insufficient,the specific implementation is not in place,and the training effect is not ideal,etc.Series of questions.In view of this,based on consulting the relevant domestic and foreign literature,the author has formed the following improvement strategies: combining the actual situation of the school and the different needs of teachers,formulating the training goals based on the feasibility of implementation;combining the practical confusion of the new teacher to form the internal teacher Requirement-based training content;draw on foreign mature experience to promote teacher professional development-oriented training mode;integrate into the entire stage of vocational education and build a system-oriented evaluation system;give full attention to vocational education and improve the quality of teachers Implementation of onboarding education.
