In view of the problems existing in the performance evaluation of Chengdu Commercial badminton club,such as single performance evaluation index,too much qualitative evaluation and lack of consideration of overall development goal in index formulation,this paper puts forward to take the Balanced Scorecard as the theoretical basis,adopt the methods of literature,questionnaire,Delphi and AHP,and take Chengdu as the "youth badminton training base" Six well-developed commercial Badminton Clubs in Gehe are the research objects.After clarifying the development vision of these clubs and the causal chain after decomposition,with reference to relevant documents,literature and other materials,we sorted out the important indicators that play a key role in club performance evaluation,formed a preliminary indicator set,modified,supplemented,screened and optimized them,and finally built Chengdu City Commercial badminton club performance evaluation system.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The existing problems of performance evaluation of Chengdu Commercial badminton club can be summarized as follows: attaching importance to technology and ignoring management thought;single performance index,lack of systematization and comprehensiveness;no theoretical basis,lack of objectivity;too much qualitative,lack of quantification;lack of scientific index formulation.(2)The concept model of performance evaluation of commercial badminton club based on BSC is constructed,the development vision of Chengdu Commercial badminton club is defined,and the causal chain of its development strategy decomposition is formed.At the same time,the corresponding observation points of each secondary index in the initially formed index set are determined,and some observation points that can not be directly measured are explained.(3)A large number of screening based on the "half principle" has been carried out for the initially established indicator system,23 indicators with a selection rate less than 0.5 have been deleted,and a performance evaluation system of 4 first level indicators and 26 second level indicators has been formed;after the rough screening,the indicator system has been optimized,5 indicators have been eliminated,and finally a Chengdu Business feather composed of 4 first level indicators and 21 second level indicators has been formed Performance evaluation system of wool ball.(4)In terms of the weight distribution of each indicator in the indicator system,in the first level indicator weight,the customer dimension accounts for the largest proportion;in terms of the weight distribution of each second level indicator,in the customer dimension,the A15 students and their parents’ satisfaction degree accounts for the largest proportion;in the internal process dimension,the B12 students’ technical level accounts for the largest proportion;in the learning and growth dimension,the C13 coach team business element accounts for the largest proportion In financial dimension,D11 has the largest weight of total asset profit margin.(5)Through the reliability analysis,the clonbach α coefficient of the index system is 0.897,which indicates that the reliability or consistency of the results is high;through the content validity analysis of the relevant questionnaire,the content validity of the questionnaire is reasonable,which can achieve good results.The above conclusions show that the performance evaluation system of Chengdu Commercial badminton club based on the Balanced Scorecard theory can comprehensively,systematically and scientifically evaluate the performance level of Chengdu Commercial badminton club.
