| Youth is the future of the country,health is related to the development of the motherland.Food safety is the prerequisite and condition to ensure healthy constitution,and nutrition is an important cornerstone to maintain health.However,food safety incidents occur from time to time,and foodborne diseases are increasing,and obesity caused by poor eating habits and chronic diseases related to diet affect the health of adolescents.High school stage is a period of rapid development of teenagers’ body and mind.It is helpful to improve students’ unhealthy eating habits by carrying out food safety and nutrition education for high school students and cultivating students’ awareness of food safety and nutrition health.Biological Science involves knowledge in medicine,agriculture,food and other related fields,which is closely related to food safety and nutrition.Its subject characteristics are conducive to food safety and nutrition education.It is an important way to promote the healthy development of students to infiltrate food safety and nutrition health education in biology teaching.Through reading the relevant literature,combining with "General Senior High School Biology Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition)" and the human education version of senior high school biology compulsory one,the author analyzed the feasibility of infiltrating food safety and nutrition education in senior high school biology teaching.In order to understand the present situation of food safety and nutrition of students,113 students in Class 8 and Class 9 of Tongliang No.1 Middle School in Chongqing were taken as the research subjects to conduct a questionnaire survey on their knowledge,attitude and behavior of food safety and nutrition.Through the questionnaire results,it was found that the current high school students’ food safety and nutrition attitudes were correct,but the relevant knowledge was lacking,and poor dietary consumption behaviors were common.In view of the above problems,this paper summarized the breakthrough points ofinfiltration education in teaching materials,and carried out teaching practice of the infiltration of food safety and nutrition education in biology teaching.The author took Class 8 as experimental class to carry out the teaching with permeable food safety and nutrition education,and Class 9 as control class to carry out routine teaching.By means of questionnaires,observations and other methods to analyze the attitudes,behaviors and related knowledge levels of students on food safety and nutrition,the results showed that there was no significant difference in food safety and nutrition knowledge levels between the students in the control class and the experimental class before infiltration,and the post-test scores of the students in the experimental class after penetration education were significantly higher than those in the control class(P?0.01).In terms of related behaviors,the rate of part of the healthy eating behaviors of the experimental class students after penetration education was significantly higher than that before the penetration(P?0.05);in terms of food safety and nutrition attitudes,the correct rate of post-penetration experimental class food safety and nutrition attitudes(76.54%)was significantly higher than before penetration(56.06%),showing a very significant difference(P?0.01).The experimental class students had a more positive attitude towards biology after penetration education(P?0.01),and the classroom performance was also better.The results of the study show that infiltrating food safety and nutrition education in high school biology classrooms can help students acquire food safety and nutrition knowledge,avoid unhealthy eating behaviors,establish correct food safety and nutrition attitudes,and develop students ’interest in biological learning. |
