Compared with urban education,education in rural areas often receives less attention due to various reasons.However,the quality of rural education is also related to the growth of the next generation.In rural education,the group of rural teachers plays an important role.On this basis,this study mainly in rural primary school teachers' learning as the breakthrough point,Take xuchang city as an example,through the investigation and study status quo of rural primary school teachers,and carries on the analysis and research,looking for can help rural primary school teachers of effective learning strategies,in order to provide a little help to the development of rural primary school teachers.Through field visits and investigations,the author finds that there are some problems in the learning status of primary school teachers in this rural area: heavy sense of learning task,insufficient learning execution;The factors influencing the learning environment are complex.Learning organizational satisfaction needs to be improved;The low utilization rate of information technology.Through the analysis and research on the factors affecting them,it can be attributed to the following: from the perspective of teachers themselves,their autonomous learning intention is to be improved,their learning goal is not clear,and they fail to properly deal with learning confusion;Starting from the surrounding environment of rural primary school teachers,rural primary school teachers shoulder a lot of social responsibilities,coupled with inconvenient transportation,salary satisfaction to be improved,rural primary school student mobility is higher,under the comprehensive influence of various factors,the surrounding learning atmosphere of rural primary school teachers is generally poor.In terms of learning organizers,the training content is not targeted,the training mode is solidified,and the assessment method needs to be innovated.In the aspect of information: the utilization rate of the Internet to obtain information is not high,the application of network technology of some rural primary school teachers needs to be strengthened,and the publicity of information related to the learning of rural primary school teachers needs to be strengthened.The learning of rural primary school teachers is a complex problem.Therefore,on the basis of the problems raised in this study,from the four perspectives of teachers themselves,the government,schools and training organizers,the author proposes targeted solutions,hoping to help rural primary school teachers better improve their learning.First,through the establishment of the concept of lifelong learning,to become a lifelong learning practitioner,to strengthen learning self-confidence,correct understanding of themselves,improve the ability to use learning strategies to help rural primary school teachers improve themselves.Second,at the government level,it is necessary to actively guide,strengthen the construction of a learning society,improve the living conditions of rural primary school teachers,and build a "respect for teachers' learning style".Third,the school should also actively assume the corresponding responsibility,strengthen the rural primary school teachers learning community construction,establish incentive learning mechanism,improve the information transmission.Fourth,play the role of learning organizer,first of all,to clarify the learner-centered education concept,to improve the self-directed ability of learners as the teaching purpose,actively expand a variety of education forms,establish a scientific assessment mechanism,pay attention to the needs of the computer operation of the unskilled.Through the cooperation of the four parties,the learning efficiency of rural primary school teachers can be effectively improved,and the team construction of rural primary school teachers can be strengthened,so as to promote the further development of rural primary school education in China.
