Educational belief refers to the view that teachers firmly believe in the role of te achers and students,teaching work,student management,educational evaluation,student lea rning and other related educational factors in the teaching situation of the school,whic h is implicit in Teachers' consciousness.Its scope involves teachers' educational practice experience and life experience,and interweaves into a network structure to produce te achers' practical behavior Influence.Teachers' educational beliefs are the main factors th at affect teachers' behaviors.As a component of teachers' professionalization,educational belief is closely related to teachers' professional growth.To explore the influencing fac tors of teachers' educational beliefs is helpful for teachers to reflect on their own educ ational beliefs,and then bring about the improvement of teaching practice.Rural primary school teachers are an important part of rural education teachers in China.The opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy clearly m entioned that "the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy needs to give pr iority to the development of rural education and build a strong contingent of rural tea chers".For this reason,this research selects 20 rural primary schools in Zhangzhou City,and carries on the questionnaire survey to 350 rural primary school teachers,and select s 10 of them as teachers to carry on the interview,investigates the current situation of rural primary school teachers' educational belief in Zhangzhou City,through the data a nalysis of the questionnaire information,explores the factors that affect teachers' educa tional belief,and puts forward the corresponding solutions.According to the scores of teachers' educational beliefs in the teacher education b elief scale and whether there are significant differences between the influencing factors and teachers' educational beliefs,combined with the results of the interview survey,the f ollowing conclusions are drawn:(1)the educational beliefs of rural primary school teach ers in Zhangzhou city are generally at the upper middle level,and there is still a lot of room for improvement in educational beliefs;(2)teachers' major and higher education The educational belief of teachers with historical background is more firm;(3)the first10 years of teaching is the key period for the development of educational belief of te achers;(4)gender,marital status,salary and treatment have no significant impact on the educational belief of primary school teachers;(5)external factors such as reputation and expectation,school environment,family support have significant differences with the e ducational belief of teachers,and relevant departments should propose that To provide e xternal assistance and strengthen the educational faith of rural primary school teachers.According to the data analysis and interview results,the following strategies are pu t forward to strengthen teachers' educational beliefs:(1)in the pre service teacher trainin g stage,normal colleges and universities should create a suitable educational environme nt to promote the development of normal students' educational beliefs;(2)after teachers work,rural schools where teachers work should seize the critical period of development of educational beliefs to help teachers adjust their educational beliefs;(3)Rural schools should make use of various ways to actively communicate and interact with students' parents,and at the same time,they should often carry out the activities of friendship a mong teachers' families,so as to win the external support from students' parents and th eir families.Meanwhile,rural schools should strive to create a harmonious and friendly working environment for teachers;(4)guide teachers to self reflect,and constantly streng then their own teaching in teaching practice Cultivate faith.
