In order to give full play to the advantages of information technology in promoting the integration of urban and rural education and promoting the sharing of high-quality education resources,a series of policies have been formulated and implemented in the areas of infrastructure construction,educational resource development,talent training and educational management informatization.Driven by the policy,the hardware facilities of rural schools,digital education resources and teachers' ability to apply information technology have been improved significantly.So at the present stage of rural primary school teachers in the psychology,ability and behavior can adapt to the information teaching?What factors affect the rural primary school teachers information teaching adaptability?It is of great significance to study how to improve the adaptability of rural teachers' information-based teaching to improve the quality of rural education and teaching.This study first USES the literature research to the teachers' adaptability and the informationization teaching related literature were analyzed,and the influential factors of teasing out the informationization teaching adaptability influence factors,and to adopt the interview method for rural primary school teacher interviews,to further supplement and perfect has combed out the influencing factors,finally identified the nine factors of self-efficacy,useful erogenous respectively,ease of use,technical application ability,perception discipline curriculum,social influence,the school system,technology,environment and professional training,based on the above nine factors of explanation structure model modeling method,analysis of the logical relationship between various factors,Construct the hierarchical structure model of influencing factors;Secondly,a research tool,"questionnaire on adaptability level and influencing factors of informationized teaching of rural primary school teachers",was compiled.After predictive test,project analysis and reliability and validity test,some rural primary school teachers in shaanxi province were investigated and studied.Independent sample test and one-way analysis of variance were used to analyze the differences of adaptability level of informationized teaching among different types of rural primary school teachers.Thirdly,by using the test method of structural equation model,and through the three steps of hypothesis model construction,model fitting degree evaluation and model modification,a model of influencing factors for information-based teaching adaptability of rural primary school teachers was constructed.Finally,the regression analysis method is used to analyze the relationship between the influencing factors and the factors of the informational teaching adaptability level,and further enrich and improve the model of the influencing factors of the informational teaching adaptability of rural primary school teachers.This research mainly draw the following conclusions:(1)the rural primary school teachers' information technology teaching adaptability level five grade index of average score from high to low in turn is the mental adaptation,ability to adapt,behavior,adaptation,interpersonal adaptation,environmental adaptation,the informationization level of adaptability of teaching and teachers because of age,teaching experience,age,educational background,school scale significant difference among different personal background factors;(2)the influence factors of rural primary school information technology teaching adaptability have two parts,the internal factors and external factors including sex knowledge,ease of use,perceived self-efficacy and useful,technical application ability,social influence,the school system,technology,environment and professional training,the school system is the factors underlying the informationization teaching adaptability;(3)self-efficacy,useful knowledge,ease of use perception and technology application ability have a direct impact on teachers' adaptability to information-based teaching;However,the influence of technology environment and community indirectly affects the adaptability of teachers' information-based teaching.Concrete,the influence on community school,the school system of professional training,community affect usability awareness,professional training of technical environment for ease of perception,the school system,professional training on selfefficacy and professional training of technical application ability,social impact of useful sexy know,professional training of useful sexy,ease of use,sense of self-efficacy and ease of perception has significant influence on technical application ability,different influence factors on the teachers' information technology teaching adaptability level and each dimension has a different degree of influence;(4)on this basis,the author puts forward several strategies and Suggestions for improving the adaptability of rural primary school teachers to information-based teaching,including improving self-efficacy and stimulating teachers' drive for self-improvement.Improve information literacy,strengthen the rural teachers technology application ability;Attach importance to the influence of community and form a good teaching and research atmosphere;Perfect the school system,perfect the information-based teaching incentive mechanism;To improve the applicability of the technical environment based on "demand";We will improve the training system and build an accurate training model.
