At present, the general lack of physical exercise among young people in my country has not only led to a lower level of physical fitness and health of students, but also worsening psychological endurance.Adolescence is a period of restlessness in human life, and elementary school students aged 10-12 are a critical period for the transition from childhood to adolescence.Studies have shown that this period is a sudden increase in student overweight and obesity. Therefore,it is very important to deepen students' cognition of physical exercise through research and investigation, and to take an active part in physical exercise. It is very important to realize the dual benefits of physical exercise. It is an unavoidable problem for contemporary educators to guide young people to establish correct sports and health concepts, thereby developing a positive attitude towards life.Survey results show:(1)In the gender difference of low and medium intensity physical activity, boys are significantly higher than girls,on the contrary, they are lower than girls in high intensity;at different ages of 10-12 years old,12-year-old students are significantly higher than 10,11-year-old physical activities; In the family structure, students from the main family do most of the medium to high-intensity physical activities.(2)Among the urban-rural differences in exercise commitment, urban students' exercise commitment is significantly higher than that of rural students;in terms of exercise commitments at different ages,12-year-old students' personal investment is significantly higher than that of 10 and 11-year-old students;in different family structures, the backbone Families scored the highest, followed by joint families, nuclear families ranked third, and single-parent families scored the lowest.(3)In self-control,the survey of gender differences shows that girls are higher than boys;compared with the difference in family structure, students from joint families are higher than students from other families, followed by trunk families, nuclear families, and single-parent families. There is no significant difference between urban and rural areas and age.
