| Unmarried births,divorces,or widowhood,single mothers take care of the family and raise children alone without the husband’s dependence.The burden of the family and the pressure of life make them neglect the communication with their children to a certain extent.In the long run,it is easy to lead to alienation,tension and conflict in their relationship with their children,which is not conducive to building a healthy and harmonious family relationship.More and more studies show that the parent-child communication ability of single mothers will not only affect the healthy growth of children,but also affect the physical and mental health of single mothers.Therefore,it is of great significance to intervene in the communication ability of single mothers.This article takes the single mothers in the Y community of Shenzhen as the research object,uses the group work method,and uses the empowerment theory and Bandura’s social learning theory as the theoretical basis,and uses the reciprocal group model to intervene in the single mother’s parent-child communication ability.In the group activities,the author designed the group activities with the help of Bandura’s observation and learning in four stages.In the process of the activity,the role of observation and learning is emphasized,and the parent-child communication skills of the group members are improved in the form of knowledge classrooms,expert lectures,scenario simulations,role-playing,and parent-child manual DIY.Finally,assignments and group members are arranged Individual learning plans and other methods strengthen the behavior results.In addition,the team members constantly strengthened their self-confidence through learning and group interaction,realized that they are the main body and carrier of change,and they have the potential to improve the parent-child communication ability,and then achieve the change of attitude.Then the team members discussed the experience,strategies,and methods of improving parent-child communication skills,and shared collective experience,and then critically considered the collective experience.Finally,take action to finally achieve the goal of empowerment,that is,the reconstruction of the single mother’sself-improvement of parent-child communication ability,and further enhance the personal parent-child communication ability.This article uses process evaluation,Pretest and post-test analysis,observation and interview methods,and activity feedback form to comprehensively evaluate the group activities and test whether the group work is effective in improving the communication ability of single mothers.The results show that group work can improve the communication ability of single mothers to a certain extent.In addition,the author also summarizes and reflects on the progress of the group activities based on the evaluation results,which provides a certain reference and reference significance for the group work to improve the communication ability of single mothers. |
