Research On The Cultivation Of Youth Football Reserve Talents In Tai'an City

In the past 15 years,China's football has performed poorly in international competitions,with a shortage of outstanding young talents,and almost none of the players who can play in the European high-level league.The key reason lies in the excessive pursuit of immediate results and the lack of attention to the sustainable development of youth reserve talent cultivation.As a key football city in shandong province,Tai'an City has made some achievements since the implementation of the campus football plan in 2009 and the football reform plan in 2015.However,it still faces many problems.It is urgent to pay attention to and improve the cultivation of youth football reserve talents.Through access to domestic and foreign relevant data,this study integrated use of documentary,questionnaire investigation,expert interview method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis,etc.,for the current Tai'an City professional football schools,amateur football clubs and campus football's basic qualities,as well as common development present situation,the competition status,training present situation,the status of coaches and so on carries on the objective analysis of the research.Through the effective data processing questionnaire,the current Tai'an City youth football reserve talent training problems were analyzed and studied in detail,so as to improve the training system,improve the level of training,accelerate the popularity of football in the youth group,and expand the reserve talent resources.Based on the research of Tai'an City youth football reserve talent cultivation,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Tai'an City currently,there are a small number of professional football schools and amateur football clubs,and the number of athletes is insufficient.In addition,there are problems such as insufficient scientific and systematic training,insufficient quantity and quality of matches,and little attention paid to academic studies.2.Although campus football has made some achievements in recent years,there are still some problems,such as unbalanced regional development,weak faculty,insufficient capital investment and low popularity of students,which affect the selection of talents.3.There are still problems of following the old ways and methods in the training of young athletes,resulting in low training efficiency.The training methods of sports teams in different age groups do not conform to the law of physical and mental development of teenagers.4 the phenomenon of "inbreeding" of Tai'an City football coaches is serious,and the opportunities to participate in re-education and retraining,technical seminars and academic exchanges are limited,leading to the stagnant level of coaches and the backward trainingmethods.5.The current situation of Tai'an City youth competition is not ideal.The popular series competition system has not been established and formed.6.Public opinion and media have had a positive impact on the publicity of youth football,but the efficiency of the use of media by the government and the football association needs to be further enhanced.Based on the analysis of the survey results,the following Suggestions are put forward:1.Strengthen the planning,policy optimization,standard guidance and other measures,encourage the participation of social forces,increase the government funding,vigorously set up amateur clubs and football schools,standardize the management and training of professional.2.Balance the regional development of campus football,popularize it to the whole city,especially to rural primary and secondary schools,adhere to the "combination of sports and education",highlight the important position of campus football,and smooth the growth path of excellent football players.3.Adhere to the implementation of the "youth training program",pay attention to the efficiency of training,follow the law of youth physical and mental development,scientific systematic training.4.Strengthen the team construction of youth football coaches,improve the treatment of coaches,attach importance to the development of academic exchanges and technical discussions among coaches,and update and supplement the professional skills of coaches in a timely manner.5.Innovate competition forms,improve competition organizations at all levels,and establish and improve the municipal youth football competition system.6.The government and the football association should strengthen the cooperation with the news media,strengthen the publicity of youth football training and matches,correctly grasp the guidance of public opinion,and actively promote the development of youth football reserve talent training.
