In recent years,the news of famous teachers' resignation,famous teachers' transfer,famous teachers' job-hopping and so on are common.Minority areas of villages and towns middle school teacher erosion is very serious,huge loss of teachers' lead to the shortage of teachers,school teachers the heavy task,intern class directly,such as unhealthy phenomenon,these phenomenon greatly destroy the stability of the minority areas of township middle school teachers,reduced the teaching quality of the minority areas of villages and towns,hindered the ethnic minority areas rural population overall quality level of ascension.Therefore,it is of great significance for the development of elementary education to study and solve the problem of losing teachers in the current township middle schools and maintain the stability of the teaching staff.This study not only provides data basis for the research on the loss of middle school teachers in towns and townships of H county,promotes the updating and enrichment of relevant theories such as teacher management,teacher development and teacher team construction in towns and townships,but also provides theoretical reference for the stable construction of middle school teachers in towns and townships.At the same time,it also has important reference value for in-depth research on the development of township education in China,and has important practical significance for improving teaching performance,promoting and reforming the balanced development of township education in minority areas,realizing educational equity and improving the compulsory education system.Taking H county of Yunnan province as the research object,this paper USES the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey and interview to analyze the current situation,characteristics and impact of the loss of teachers in 8 township middle schools in H county of Yunnan province.Through the analysis of the gender,age,salary,professional title and educational background of the lost teachers,combined with the investigation of the loss intention of in-service teachers,the reasons for the loss of teachers are summarized.Then,according to the investigated data and with the help of the existing research literature,the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions for the problem of teacher turnover: the governmentshould increase the capital investment to improve the welfare treatment of the township middle school teachers,update and improve the reasonable teacher turnover system,supervise and improve the running conditions in real time;At the school level,it is necessary to build a reasonable and democratic management way,enhance teachers' social and professional identity,increase training and learning opportunities to promote teachers' professional development,and school leaders should strengthen humanistic care for teachers,communicate with teachers more,and pay close attention to teachers' emotions and living needs.This study hopes to bring some reference to stabilize the ranks of middle school teachers in H county and town,promote the vigorous development of the quality of middle school education and teaching in H county and town,and provide theoretical reference for more research on the problem of teacher turnover in the future.
