Class management is an important part of educational activities.With the deepening of China's education reform,the class management under the model of mobile learning system is a new challenge and a new problem for front-line educators,which has important practical value and significance for their research.Taking G Middle School in Zhongshan city,Guangdong province as an example,this paper selects four classes of senior two students under the new college entrance examination mode as samples.From the perspective of peer relationship analysis,questionnaire surveys,interviews,observations and other methods,and based on the network analysis system of SPSS19 and UCINET network analysis system,it analyzes the causes of the current status of peer relationship in classes under the mobile learning system.The author thinks that the following three problems should be solved to improve the class management level under the mobile learning system..First,understand the overall network structure of peer relationship of the four classes and the number of small groups,selecting the core and marginal figures through the questionnaire surveys to understand the actuality of class management from multiple perspectives.Secondly,the influence of peer relationship on class management is analyzed.Thirdly,how to solve the problems of class management under the mobile learning system,how to establish positive peer relationship to manage the class and promote the overall development of students.Through the study of the sample classes,the following conclusions are drawn.(1)There are three characteristics of class peer relationship and class management:first,the types of peer relationship are various,and the style of study in class is relatively strong.Secondly,There is little interaction between groups of different genders,and the class cohesion is not strong.Third,there are many small groups,complicated peer relationship and difficult class management.This paper analyzes that a good peer relationship is conducive to improve the cohesion of the class,and is conducive to the establishment of a good self-identity of students.Bad peer relationship affects the establishment of core values of the class and the developmentof individual physical and mental health.(2)This paper studies and analyzes the causes of the class peer relationship and the current situation of class management.The reasons are that the students have no strong sense of belonging to the class,the teacher in charge of the class is lack of awareness of the peer group in the class,the education and guidance of the key figures is not enough,and the needs of the students in the class are not balanced.(3)The strategies of class management are divided into initial stage and stable stage.From the two dimensions of the innovative class management model under the mobile learning system and of building the new high school class as a starting point,the class management in the early stages consists of setting up correct class group values and perfecting the system of class management to strengthen the team cooperative learning social network density and increase class centrality,correcting education of middle students development and guiding the rebellious type students.From the three dimensions of students' self-management,home-school cooperation and a comprehensive evaluation system,Teachers should Guide students to form the habit of self-discipline and switch student's role by improving the self-management and establishing a process evaluation mechanism.
