Hierarchical class teaching is the most widely used teaching mode in junior and senior high school education in China,which has the characteristics of self selection,class mobility,curriculum diversity and so on.Stratified class walking teaching was first widely adopted by western developed countries,and was introduced into China in the 1990s.At present,the research on stratified class walking teaching in China is still lagging behind,and there are many irrationalities in the current situation of education.What are the characteristics of the stratified class teaching mode?What are the difficulties and adjustments in carrying out stratified class teaching?What is the current situation of carrying out stratified class teaching in China?How to develop the stratified class teaching in the future?The author takes X Middle School as an example to study the hierarchical teaching mode.The structure and main contents of this paper are as follows:The first part,introduction,mainly discusses the research background,research significance,related literature,concept basis,concept definition,research ideas,etc;The second part,the rise and characteristics of hierarchical class teaching.This paper expounds the historical development of hierarchical class teaching and its characteristics compared with traditional teaching;The third part,the main challenges faced by school education under the background of hierarchical class system,through face-to-face interviews with the teaching staff of X Middle School,from the perspective of teachers to understand the specific challenges encountered in the practice of hierarchical class teaching.The fourth part,the status quo and problems of the school's response to the challenge of hierarchical class walking system,through the questionnaire survey of students and teachers in X Middle School,analyzes the specific status quo and problems of the implementation of hierarchical class walking teaching from the perspective of students and teachers.The fifth part,the orientation of school reform under the current background,summarizes the results of the interview and questionnaire survey,and provides a reference development direction for the implementation of stratified teaching in junior and senior high school education in China in the future.The sixth part is the classroom management strategy to adapt to the hierarchical class system.In view of the problems reflected in the interviews and questionnaires,the paper puts forward five appropriate strategies,including establishing a scientific school management system,optimizing the school curriculum design and management,improving teachers' hierarchical teaching level,constructing a new class management culture,and strengthening students' psychological counseling.
