The teaching language of Chinese teachers is directly related to the actual efficiency of Chinese teaching,especially the teaching language in the Chinese classroom.The teaching language accomplishment of Chinese teachers has an important guiding and leading role for students in imperceptible influence.It is of great significance to study the cultivation of Chinese teachers' teaching language for the quality of Chinese teaching,the construction of teachers' team and the development of students.This paper adopts the methods of questionnaire,case analysis and literature analysis to find out the lack of teachers' language accomplishment in Chinese teaching,based on the analysis of the reasons,put forward the improvement strategy.First of all,through the questionnaire survey method to find the performance of Chinese teachers' lack of teaching language accomplishment;secondly,through the case analysis and research to explore its deep causes;finally,through the literature analysis method to use the theory of education and teaching,put forward the improvement strategy.The first chapter mainly discusses the teaching language accomplishment,including the definition of related concepts and the content and performance of the teaching language accomplishment;the second chapter mainly presents the survey situation and problems,through the analysis of the questionnaire survey,finds the problems in the teaching language accomplishment of Chinese teachers;the third chapter is the analysis of the problems,mainly according to the problems presented;The fourth chapter is the proposal of strategies.The first two sections are from the perspective of teachers' teaching language education,and the last two sections are from the perspective of teaching.With the rapid development of modern society,the teaching language of Chinese teachers should keep up with the pace of the times.On the premise of ensuring the uniqueness of Chinese subjects and the development of students' Chinese literacy,we should develop the teaching language of Chinese teachers,build a group of teachers who can stand the test of the times and shoulder the responsibility of rejuvenating the famous people.
