Compared with the industrial age,the demand for labor in the knowledge economy is more complex.School education not only needs to teach students relevant professional knowledge, but also needs to cultivate students' ability to adapt to the era of knowledge economy.More and more people are beginning to pay attention to the development of students' higher-order thinking. At present,my country's higher education attaches great importance to teaching students professional knowledge, and does not focus on training students' higher-order thinking.Class evaluations also take traditional forms such as selection and short answer. They cannot use the evaluation results to guide the teaching and learning of teachers and students, and they cannot play the true role of evaluation. As an important part of talent training, evaluation can not be ignored for the development of students' higher-order thinking. How to evaluate students' higher-order thinking? How to use the evaluation results to promote the teaching and learning of teachers and students? These issues have gradually become the focus of attention of higher education scholars. The United States pays attention to the development of students' higher-order thinking earlier, and has more experience in developing higher-order thinking evaluation. The College Student Learning Evaluation Project(CLA+),which focuses on evaluating students' higher-order thinking,is one of the representative learning achievement evaluation projects in the United States.Stones from other hills, can learn. The analysis of the current mainstream higher-order thinking evaluation test in the United States can not only understand the latest research results and trends of higher-order thinking evaluation in the United States, but also have a positive significance for the development of higher-order thinking evaluation in my country. The purpose of this study is to analyze and study the CLA+ of American college students through text analysis and comparative methods, and to summarize the characteristics and experience of the evaluation method of the project,so as to provide ideas for the development of higher-order thinking evaluation-related work in China. The conclusions of this paper are as follows: The American College Student Learning Evaluation Project(CLA+)is a student learning outcome evaluation tool aimed at improving the teaching and learning of higher-order thinking in college teachers and students. The evaluation concept of the project emphasizes the student-centered education management concept that aims to add value to education. It is based on Internet technology in the implementation of evaluation and helps teachers and students in colleges and universities improve teaching and learning in the form of internal and external cooperation.Rooted in the current status of higher-order thinking evaluation of college students in China, our higher education quality evaluation focus should shift from external resources to the development of students. The evaluation ofcollege students' learning achievements should point to students' higher-order thinking. Can promote teachers and students to continuously improve the evaluation system of teaching and learning, and play an active role in higher-order thinking evaluation.
